Our apartment "Elvira" was completely renovated in 2012 - ideal for 2 guests in the beautiful district of Maxglan. With a wonderful view of the garden - a little oasis of peace.
In the middle of the Mozart city and yet in a quiet location. Our non-smoking apartment offers all amenities for a short break and also for a longer professional stay and is due to the proximity to the airport (10 minutes) and the highway "Salzburg Kleßheim" strategically located.
The variable rental period of one week to several months covers all requirements for short- and medium-term housing needs.
The center of Mozart's city can be reached on foot (15 min.) Or by public transport in 7 minutes. The nearby Europark - Austria's most attractive shopping mall offers "exciting" shopping opportunities, as well as the DOC Outlet Center in the "Airportcenter" and Salzburg's largest cinema - the Cineplexx are located nearby.
All sights in and around Salzburg are easily and comfortably accessible. Cafés, bakery, restaurants and supermarkets, bank, post office and a pharmacy can be found in the immediate vicinity.
