Die Lage ist gut. Die Größe der Wohnung gut
Defekte Schränke mit Klebeband repariert, Schmutziger Schrank im Bad und auch das Waschmittelfach der Waschmaschine war schmutzig. Überall in der Wohnung standen Dufterfrischer, die einfach zuviel des Guten waren. Der Raumduft war störend. Außerdem gab es einen weiteren Raum in der Wohnung,, der als "Privat" gekennzeichnet war. Das wäre nicht weiter dramatisch gewesen, wenn aus dem Raum nicht Geräusche zu hören gewesen wären, die auf ein Luftreinigungsgerät zurück zu führen waren. Alles irgendwie komisch. Brause in der Dusche war ebenfalls defekt.
