About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to Little Willow, where our dream became reality in 2019. Nestled on 4 acres of rural grounds in Coatesville, just 25 minutes north of Auckland CBD, our Bed & Breakfast offers a tranquil escape into the rural lifestyle.
Our property features two queen size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, along with a lounge area complemented by a private courtyard. Whether relaxing with a book in the afternoon sun, enjoying a wine on the patio at sunset, or listening to birdsong under the stars, Little Willow invites you to unwind in our lovingly crafted retreat.
You are completely private and shut off from the main residence, with your own seperate entrance, allocated parking spots, and private outdoor area.
Indulge in a homemade continental breakfast featuring our own bread, muesli, jams, and fresh fruit, or opt for a cooked breakfast at the popular Black Cottage Café a few minutes drive away. Tea & coffee facilities are available at the property, including toaster, kettle, microwave, pod coffee machine, and mini fridge.
We are ideally situated near excellent cafes, restaurants, and vineyards, as well as hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and golf courses for the more active traveler. Don’t miss the vibrant Coatesville Market on the first Sunday of each month (October to May), offering a delightful array of stalls, food trucks, and live music.

Arrived and was beautifully set up .was just down the road from albany centre. Beds comfy, bathroom amenties all provided. Contiental Breakfast provided was delicious overall a fabulous stay.
