As an artist, I appreciated the quirky artistic vibe to the property. Welcoming and very accomodating host. Breakfast looked very good and others appeared to really enjoy it. It was easy to navigate to the city centre, using the sky tower, as a landmark. If you love good Italian food try Prego on Ponsonby Road.
I would be concerned if I was an older or more infirm person with the sloping wooden floor and steps around the room at night.
