Well-located, modern and comfy.

Hotel is in a great location, an easy walk into the CBD and close to many great food/drink options. Rooms were simple but modern. Bed was particularly comfy. AC was very effective.

Room was lacking a couple features, notably a softer night light in the bathroom and a larger sink bowl. General cleanliness fine but bathroom felt like it need a deep clean in the hard to reach areas.

The view from our room on the 5th floor was towards the harbour and the bridge, it was fabulous! it was one of the comfiest rooms we've ever experienced! well designed and presented. Everything worked exactly as it should including the air conditioning. The guys on reception kindly printed off my flight confirmation without charge.

No opening the huge window which didn't matter too much as the weather was awful but might be airless if hot. No clothes washing available for use , only offered at a high cost. So if you are traveling its a bit awkward

Every thing is good except for two items: 1. The mattress is too soft and would be great to have options for selecting softness of mattress. 2. Water is leaking from the shower floor and needs some fixing.

Felt we needed to go out to actually find places to eat and enjoy a drink.

We liked the location, we were happy with breakfast. Disappointed that it was not what we would call a hotel. It had more of a boarding house vibe. There was no restaurant or house bar on site which perhaps should have been mentioned in advertising. Consequently we spent more time roaming the streets looking for a place in the city to eat/drink.

Enjoyable and adequate for what we needed to celebrate our anniversary.

Location and ease of parking,

No room service, I would have liked to have had breakfast in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary but had to make do with going to the cafe next door. Also, when we came to leave, was quoted $49 dollars for parking. Declined and paid at the machine which was $38. I seemed to know more about the parking than the hotel. There were someone else's bottles (water and one other) in our room fridge which makes me wonder whether room service had checked the fridge before we checked into the hotel
