Enjoyable and adequate for what we needed to celebrate our anniversary.

Location and ease of parking,

No room service, I would have liked to have had breakfast in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary but had to make do with going to the cafe next door. Also, when we came to leave, was quoted $49 dollars for parking. Declined and paid at the machine which was $38. I seemed to know more about the parking than the hotel. There were someone else's bottles (water and one other) in our room fridge which makes me wonder whether room service had checked the fridge before we checked into the hotel

Great new hotel.

Great location, everything you would expect from a Travelodge.

We included parking otherwise it would have been very expensive. There was some mix up with our room bookings, but eventually sorted.

A nice place to stay!

The location was great! You can go for a nice walk to Viaduct and all the way to Queen street. The bed is comfortable.

This is not something big but we booked at bookings for $136 and hotel charged us $138.12. It was paid on efftpos and not paywave nor credit card. Also, the walls at the bathroom door has streaks of moisture that has been there for a while as the color is brown. The bathroom needs proper cleaning.

Great location. The staff and service were excellent. A small problem with our room was easily remedied once discussed with reception. Free parking with our room was an added bonus. Effortless checkout.

Not a dislike but a warmer or an added blanket for the bed would have felt a bit cosier, and a few more tea bags would have been appreciated & there was only one chair to sit on.

Location is good, hotel amenities is lacking

Close to Wynyard quarter dining precinct. No fuss check out. Air conditioning actually works in the rooms. Nice showers and very comfortable bed.

Was given a second floor room (street noise) and as far as possible from the elevators as they could, my view was directly into some apartments meaning curtains needed to be drawn all day for privacy. Room was tiny, bed, one small chair and that’s it. No internal restaurant and the breakfast place next door opened too late so I couldn’t eat before leaving for work. No in room options either. I also had a loud neighbour banging on a wall. Also note the hotel requires a $100 security bond (rather than card impression) despite pre-payment. TV had dead pixel lines in the centre of screen. No pay TV either.

Have stayed here quite often because it’s good value for money, a good location, clean rooms and the good service.

A mix up with room numbers, keys were a hiccup this time….easy fix, no real problem.

Small but clean rooms. Very quiet location and close to Wynyard Quarter. Comfortable bed and modern furnishings. Pleasant and reasonably priced breakfast at The Tuck Shop.

Could have had more instructions about parking. Did not know that it was 4th floor and above. And we went down the wrong exit elevator and had to walk around to find the hotel. On leaving the hotel, we found the parking lift closer to the hotel. These details should be included in the confirmation emails.
