Another good stay here. Location and service levels met my needs.

Have stayed here several times over the years and for the first time, when entering my room, my reaction was "well this is nice". Clearly a range of room appointments. Choice to stay here largely driven by price/location in combo, and only spending about an hour in the room not sleeping. But really "the offer" is little more than that.

Did find the welcome not very welcoming. Effort made but not really warm and personable. Also put off by check-in process (registration, bond, ID).

Great value for money and awesome location.

Great location and spacious room. We booked a suite room and got upgraded to a one room apartment. Very lovely under used pool. Friendly staff. Our 2nd stay here and will be back.

We turned down one La one bed room apartment on 10th floor as there was a big stain on the carpet and several stains on the coach. The shower curtains were pretty badly stained and yellow at the bottom. This could easily be replaced without much costs. Place was a bit run down

Access and parking.

Dining chairs and couch were very uncomfortable. The shower was over a bath. The curtains wou6not close and had holes in them. The fridge froze everything.

Great location just in need of a spruce up

The location was fantastic. Closer to the waterfront and all of the city. The pool and spa area was great. Enjoyed some time there. The staff were all very helpful and responsive.

The room was very old and outdated. The carpet frayed and the sheer curtains stained. The bathroom needed a huge makeover.

The staff were unfriendly. The rooms were unkempt, needing a deep clean. Eg. Marks on the walls, mould.

Well priced for the location.

The pool and the spa were excellent

The bathroom was very small. There was not much bench space in the bathroom. I didn’t like the over the bathroom shower as the bath was narrow and there was a cloth curtain and it constantly stuck to you. There is also the danger of slipping in the bath. The location is also not as good as I thought. In a straight line it is very close to the waterfront but in reality you had to walk a distance to avoid the busy traffic.

Chancellor on Hobson's choice

Bed was lovely and the room was spacious and fairly well stocked. The laundry was handy as hell and the staff really pleasant. Pool and hot tub rocked

The dishwasher didn't work. The shower was not accessible and there were lots of minor things that needed a good refresh. The lobby had a slightly unpleasant smell

Great setting

Perfect location, great staff and an easy walk to the harbour and restaurants. The room was big with plenty of space, a small kitchenette and comfy bed. The views of the Sky Tower lit up at night was a bonus we hadn't expected. A perfect place to stay.

Our bathroom was super small. I had to press against the wall and close the door to access the toilet. The pool had too much chlorine gave me a headache after 10 mins.

Our room smelt of mold,broken tiles in bathroom, ripped and taped up carpet in the room, we didn't get the room I booked and I also booked a extra bed months before my visit and they had no record of it so I had to show them proof on my phone! Check in took around 30 minutes totally unacceptable and as soon as you walked in all you could smell was rotten fish from the food place next door. The only good thing about this place was the location.

Friendliness of staff

Room tied and need of refurbishment. Regret not paying more when booking - as studio dark, small and room on level 1 noisy - not suitable to sit outside on balcony and noise throughout the night due to city life prevented a good nights sleep. My advice - pay a bit more for a better room location.
