Believe the rooms might need a deep clean. The showers does not drain and crystal clear mould and dirt built up around bathroom corners, drain lid does not match, therefore not covered. Water doesnt drain as well. Hand towel was not provided. The beds may needs to be flipped on the other side may even needs replacement as Bed sinks in the middle. Great location, close to everything and value for money. But rather disappointed as it was not a budget hotel. Value foe money at this time probably

Nice place. Handy for the sky tower and downtown. We booked the onsite parking ($55) for the first night as arrived about 3pm Second night used the free on street parking from 6pm to 8 am. Just have to pay from 8 am onwards. Enjoy your trip.

I found the staff super efficient, check in took but 1 minute. we stayed on a Saturday night. Parking on the road is free from 6pm to 8am. The staff reminded me to pay for parking. It cost $10 total for 3 hours, 5-6pm and 8-10am. The 23m2 was adequate. I may spend an extra $20 for the larger 30m2 room next time.

Appearance of room is good online but once there we realized this was a very basic and no frill hotel. So cheap with items provided in room. Was told they do not provide any tissues. Washroom has no shelf or counter space to place any personal items, one ply toilet paper, no hand towel to dry hands. Shower is extremely slippery as the floor is the same shiny material as the wall. If someone runs the tap in the kitchen area then the shower water turns cold. Laundry machine was leaking water on the floor and we hadn’t even used it. Kitchen pans are non-stick but scratched. No dishcloth to wash dishes or wipe down counter. Since service to the room is not provided daily we needed more detergent as they are small pouches, were told we could get just one pack each of detergents, “not allowed to give more”. I had requested more toilet paper from the front desk and was told he would bring it up…he didn’t. Tv would turn on by itself in the middle of the night, we got to the point we had to turn off the power switch on the wall. The bed…poorest quality ever. When you sit down on it , the wire border would dig into the legs. The bed dipped so much I felt like I was stuck in one place, if I tried to move more into the centre then I would roll back. We set the room to 19 degrees, still it was so hot that could sleep only with a sheet, never seemed to cool off enough. Then there was a large section of very visual dust on the wall probably from the vent in the ceiling. This is very noticeable which the cleaning staff should have noticed.
