Location was only good thing about this hotel. Would not recommend.

No staff from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. I notified the hotel our flight was arriving at 05:30 and was asked to please wait in the lobby for staff to arrive. Person who answered intercom said he had no record of our reservation and would not let us in even though I had booking # etc. Room was very small, knocked into tv trying to get around end of bed. No hand towels, no body wash gel in shower and dead bolt on door was broken. Absolutely no room for toiletries in bathroom. TV control was sticky. Shower head was cracked.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Auckland!

Perfect! Helpful receptionists, accommodating, safe, comfortable. The room has a mini kitchen with dishes, utensils and a dishwasher! It has a large bathroom with a washer and dryer! There’s a comfortable living area with a couch, table and chairs. We had a fantastic view of the sky tower!it was in walking distance to the waterfront.

Maybe itt would have been nice if there was a bigger lobby—- but that really wasn’t necessary.

1 night was enough.

The location was good.

After letting them know I was arriving by car, when I got there they informed me there was no parking, I had to find public parking, and as it would only let me pay in 12hr lots had to wake up at 3am and rebook. The clothes dryer was out of service and the shower didn’t drain properly, when I told them they knew it was doing it.

Room was small and smelly , milk in fridge was off. Man at reception was racist and unhelpful made check in difficult, then afternoon of check out they are trying to charge me a no show fee, absolutely horrendous. Most worst hotel I've EVER stayed in can't even give fresh milk wouldn't waste my money here

Comfortable stay in the heart of Auckland

Excellent location, comfortable bed and fantastic water pressure on the shower.

I prefer a 24/7 reception particularly when arriving late and whilst this hotel did not offer this the checkin process was well communicated & keys accessed via a lock box.

Location was good.

The staff didn't have any idea about most of the questions we asked them, especially Daniel. Didn't know about parking in front of the hotel, or the name of the closest car park. Didn't know if they had weighing scales at the hotel. And turns out they didn't - this was the first hotel I've ever stayed at that didn't have a single weighing machine for guest use. And they had a laundry in the room but gave no detergent powder to be able to use it.

Nice size room,very comfortable,tea/coffee included. Washing machine and dryer is fantastic if touring by motorcycle. Well positioned for town centre and restaurants (try the iVillage Indian restaurant just down the road, excellent food and service). Friendly staff, secure access.

Car park for a motorcycle is expensive at $45 per night.

Property was good but the payment and parking experience was bad.

Despite paying up full amount on booking.com, the staff charged us double the amount by mistake. we followed and informed the front desk, they said refund will be issued in few days. We had other travel plans, realised later that the refund has not come fully what was charged extra. Now it is another ordeal to write to them and get this sorted. Not happy at all with this experience of double charging.

The service of collecting room keys as we arrived late, it was raining, luckily we had an international roaming and could get the keys. Parking was a major issue that day, as we were new and had to pay and park in anerby location with extra charges and trying to figure out new systems in a new area was an issue.

Nice central location. Also roadside parking was available and cheaper than the secure hotel parking. Rooms were comfortable and WiFi speed was great.

We had booked for 3 adults, but the hotel hadn’t provided bed for the 3rd person. Apparently the needs to inform and pay additional money for the extra bed.

Standing in the rain ,while trying to get into the hotel at 10 pm,comunicating through a small speaker,then cut off and had to repeat the process agin because different person answered,lace curtains very dirty,one pillow per person, two single beds bases sag in the middle ,must be the cheapest mataresse ,very uncomfortable,checking out reception only showed up at 8:15 . If only I new I could add photos,could have taken some

Convenient Location

Location to CBD. Parking outside on Graham Street is FREE between 6pm and 8am. Read conditions on meter.

We couldn't get the TV to work , rang the front desk for assistance. Was advised they'd be there shortly. Never turned up. We enjoyed the hum of the aircon for entertainment instead.
