Disappointed that a family stay was terrible due to not being given the option to stay elsewhere.

Location was good for Eden Park and also secure parking on site. Beds were comfy

Got told after check in that the power would be out from 10pm til 6am. When asked why we didnt get notice of this we were told it was an emergency outage but this was untrue. After ringing Vector we were told that notice was given to the hotel 2wks prior. This meant that when we arrived back after the event, wet, the building was in darkness. Reception were giving out torches to navigate to rooms but had none left. This meant we had to use our cell ph light as there was no emergency lighting on which is illegal. Shower in one room was broken so couldnt use.

No actual view from the apartment other than looking directly into the adjacent building's large prefab wall only a meter or so away, so no real use of the balcony at all.

Location is excellent. Great shopping and plenty of eateries. Bus stop nearby for trips around the city. Room was a good size, well designed, comfortable and well kept. Access to carpark is so easy.

Ground floor apts noisy at night from parties. Wifi was complete rubbish, dial-up speeds at best. Didnt answer phone after hours for late check in, we had to sneak in after another guest and find our own keys.

Loved its location in Grey Lynn, on Ponsonby Street, with access to stores in walking distance and a few minutes drive into Auckland center.

More than sufficient, but if you’re looking for a higher end, nicely decorated hotel with Services, this is not for you.

Excellent location with cafes, restaurants all within a few mins walk, easy parking $30 extra though. Apartment was clean and well presented and washing machine and dryer welcome too.

It is in a good position to enjoy Ponsonby Rd.

The staff are dreadful, unhelpful and grumpy. We had to beg to get a slightly later check out, there was no milk in the fridge and there was a large hole in the ceiling of our room covered by cardboard. The Foyer smells funky, we have had the same issues on a number of visits including one where we couldn’t get hold of anyone for a late check in even though previously organised. Despite its handy location we won’t bother again.

Location was excellent. I have stayed several times before. Staff are polite and accommodating. Instructions on how to use the facilities are clear.

I only have two discrepancies. 1. I would prefer a walk in shower for the larger 1 bedroomed apartment (not a shower over the bath). 2. The King size bed was 2 double beds put together. If the room is advertised with a King size bed then it should be one King Size bed.

Location central to Ponsonby, K Road. Great vibe. Room amenities spot on. Kitchen, laundry, spacious living area. Nice view to Mt Eden. Metro supermarket around corner.

Lack of signage

Lack of signage. Very difficult to locate. Signage is only on one recessed wall saying Quest. Should be on the left hand wall & right hand at the footpath with an arrow pointing to where the office so it can be seen as you drive from either direction. Saw a couple of clients looking and directed them when we walked out that evening.
