Location a Plus. Clean and well appointed.

Excellent location with cafes, restaurants all within a few mins walk, easy parking $30 extra though. Apartment was clean and well presented and washing machine and dryer welcome too.

The extra $30 for parking was annoying.

It is in a good position to enjoy Ponsonby Rd.

The staff are dreadful, unhelpful and grumpy. We had to beg to get a slightly later check out, there was no milk in the fridge and there was a large hole in the ceiling of our room covered by cardboard. The Foyer smells funky, we have had the same issues on a number of visits including one where we couldn’t get hold of anyone for a late check in even though previously organised. Despite its handy location we won’t bother again.

Enjoyable and convenient. A good location and point to stay in Auckland.

Location was excellent. I have stayed several times before. Staff are polite and accommodating. Instructions on how to use the facilities are clear.

I only have two discrepancies. 1. I would prefer a walk in shower for the larger 1 bedroomed apartment (not a shower over the bath). 2. The King size bed was 2 double beds put together. If the room is advertised with a King size bed then it should be one King Size bed.

Covenience, quiet, self contained, comfortable.

Location central to Ponsonby, K Road. Great vibe. Room amenities spot on. Kitchen, laundry, spacious living area. Nice view to Mt Eden. Metro supermarket around corner.

Sticky flush button on toilet, Shower soap dispenser not easy to operate, Soap reservoir seemed too big for the plastic cover/pump.

Great Location with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. will defiantly consider staying here when need a hotel in Auckland. Washing machine and dryer in bathroom would be useful if we were staying longer. Good communication when we needed a later than expected check-in. Onsite parking a bonus.

Clean, warm, so quiet, loved the shower, lovely bed. Beautiful restaurant a few steps away from room. Safe parking.

Lack of signage

Lack of signage. Very difficult to locate. Signage is only on one recessed wall saying Quest. Should be on the left hand wall & right hand at the footpath with an arrow pointing to where the office so it can be seen as you drive from either direction. Saw a couple of clients looking and directed them when we walked out that evening.

The location is fantastic, lots of cafes and boutiques on the same street. Also next to a good Woolworths supermarket.

The cups and glasses were in the top shelf of a high cupboard, no way I could reach them, so no morning cup of tea. That is ridiculous as cups are probably the most used item in the kitchen. I didn't find this out till early in the morning

Cheap and not very cheerful

Good location on Ponsonby Rd, close to restaurants and bars.

Didn't like rude receptionist at checkin who wanted to argue the fact that the $30 charge for parking is not clear in the booking process. There was painting gear and coverings in the hallways despite no working being done over the weekend. If there is going to be maintenance done during your stay then a property should declare this.

Ok, but overpriced for what it was.

Close to supermarket. We knew car was safe even though cost more. Had 2 bathrooms and big beds.

Pillows too thick. Water behind the toilet. Lots of noise from road. Trying to get into the property the intercom kept cutting off to find out how we check in after hours.

Very close to everything we wanted in the middle of Ponsonby, close to bars, restaurants and great shopping. Plus a nice park opposite - good for walking and relaxing. The Quest appartments were back off the street and felt safe.

The unit was accessible but there was no shelter getting to the front door from the car park. The fold down shower seat looked manky and so I didn’t want to use it. The location was right in the middle of some of the nicest cafes, pubs and restaurants.
