Clean and affordable

Room was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything - dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and air conditioning that you have control of. The price is also very affordable. This is our second time staying here and both times we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

That it was close to all amenities and carpark available for Hotel.

I have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it. However this reason I decided to return and as a late booking, due to renos being done at home and needed somewhere quiet to work from hotel, the Ramada Hotel had renovations or maintenance directly above my room throughout my stay till late evening. No mention by the hotel staff and no consideration to move any guests to another room. Should it be fully booked, then don't have rooms available around building zone of paying guests. Poor consideration and communication.

Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Very convenient to restaurants and retail in Albany. This is our third stay and we'll definitely continue to stay here. Appreciate the longer reception hours.

You get what you pay for, but the smell from the duvet is really not acceptable for the price.

The cleaning was quite average. The fan in the shower is very noisy due to vibration — it looks like someone tried to fix it by stuffing tissues into the gap. The duvet smells like someone may have urinated on it, and the air freshener in the hallway has a very unpleasant smell.
