room was very clean, looked newly refirbished.
staff were very helpful, first night we were checking in very late so they provided excellent solution in putting key into safe.
matresses were a little to soft, i.e. my body sunk down into the matress to the point that it felt like my feet were way above my head.

Clean rooms, consistent room service and friendly staff.
Rooms had plenty of space for our group of 9.
Lovely restaurants nearby and close to malls and laundromat services.
Beds are amazingly comfy

bed room was good. Bathroom was above standard
Requested a down stairs unit and got it
Fridge was turned off and I needed it cold for medicines. Took me a while to figure it all out. Saying that I didnt ask for it at time of booking,
Would prefer a top sheet rather than just sleeping under duvet, (got too hot)
A little noise from upstairs but didnt last long
