Definitely stay again - great value for money.

Clean, modern and tidy. Nice spa area. Good location and quiet. Great bed. Great value for money.

No lockers in the changing rooms in the Spa area. Not great from a personal security perspective for items that need to be with you, such as glasses. No pegs to hang up robes outside the sauna and steam room so you can see your belongings. Lack of English wasn’t great either although no problems at reception.

Most Perfect Getaway

Most luxurious experience we’ve had at an hotel. We booked the Junior Suite, came with a free bowl of fruits, and it had everything you could think of. Grocery stores and food places were all within walking distance if you don’t have a car. Bonus was the spa pool, indoor swimming pool, sauna and salt steamer.

Finally and luxe clean stay that met my standards

Clean, quiet and looks fairly new so its updated modern aesthetic has a luxe relaxing vibe. My family and ai stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. Sound proof, washer and dryer combo (Bosch brand so it actually works not like the cheap ones that take all day to do 1 load), dishwasher, full size fridge and all the other normal things. They had laundry liquid, dish washing liquid for both hand washing cutlery and the dish washing machine under the sink as well as something to scrub dishes and dry them with. I’ve been to places that did not have all of this so it’s the small things that are very thoughtful and intentional. Beds were comfy and they had a memory foam pillow that was divine and I wanted to purchase one but had no space in my luggage as we had travelled from overseas.

While staying in the 2 bedroom suite was nice, there was only 1 bathroom and it was a bit of a tight squeeze and could had been bigger. Might have been nice to have a tv in each room and mirrors as there is only 1 mirror in the main space.

The space in our room was wonderful. Having two separate rooms was fantastic.

Luxurious stay, great amenities - won’t break the bank

The room was clean, comfortable, had everything needed (really great hairdryer!) Gym was small but enough, pool was perfect temperature. Car parking on site, right outside the door was handy. Location and proximity to dining and shopping was excellent. Really enjoyed my stay, will not hesitate to return.

A little shelf in the shower to hold skincare/razors etc would have been helpful - a minor inconvenience. Everything was excellent.

Lovely accommodation. Staff at reception upon check in and check out were super friendly and helpful. Great location and excellent value for money.

The male on the breakfast counter was quite rude and dismissive to one of our party yet super polite to a man dressed in a suit. Possible stereotyping going on.

Comfortable beds, good food variety close by

We paid a lot of money (that we don’t normally have) to take our kids away to a hotel that had a pool. They are very active children and we need a place that had this available to wear them out to give us adults a break and the pool was closed. No notice at all. Very unhappy about this as that was why we chose the property.

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful stay, staff fantastic. Beautiful new hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows amazing, shower was huge. Big towels that actually wrap around your body for bigger people. Lovely handwash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of eating places a short walk away. Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean modern hotel with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing pool and spa. The sauna is beautiful and the steam room is lovely. And free parking is a real bonus especially in Auckland.

Not having a bath in my room if you had children but that is the only thing I can think of.

Hidden Charges

Location was good and it was quiet

At time of booking no indication that an extra charge would be made on credit card. At checkin told a $100 hold would be placed on card and refunded on checkout. At checkout told a refund would be made in 7 days. Credit card account showed $100 taken. They had taken copies of credit card & drivers licence so no need to take an extra $100. Time this behaviour stopped.

A brilliant comfortable stay.

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming and remembered details about us and our stay. Jamie was particularly friendly at the front desk. The rooms are well appointed and there are plenty of food options within easy walking distance. The urban room has a quality kitchenette and laundry facility in the room and is spacious. Onsite parking is free.

The facilities were very clean and staff friendly. I didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped, spa was a bit small when compared to the size of the steam and sauna (which were amazing). Bed was comfortable

This new hotel is really lovely - the cheerful staff, the rooms, pool, spa, sauna, steam room!

Location is great. Close to everything - mall, an array of restaurants, access to motorways, laundromats and supermarkets and major stores like Chemist Warehouse, Noel Leeming etc.

Buffet Breakfast - but the wonderful staff quickly compensated and graciously accepted the feedback given.

Great option for a short stay on the Shore

Very impressed with the interiors, very clean and high quality. Cool lounge area in the morning, didn’t expect this vibe.

It’s just the location that’s not the best really, no views, surrounding area is not that fancy. Once you’re inside though you don’t notice it.
