An amazing stay and would love to visit again.

The breakfast was wonderful. The entire staff was fantastic. The bar service was exceptional . The rooftop restaurant was great and loved the service and food.

The gym is poorly equipped and very small. The signage for the entrance and the parking was poor.

Nice hotel

- The rooms are big and clean compared to other hotels in the same area. Very comfortable rooms. - Hotel staffs were good - New hotel

- The AC control was centralized and restricted to 24 degC. This made room temperature unpleasant for us. - On the last night AC leaked water in top my luggage , the stuff changed the room however there were no compensation.

Cool hotel

Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Lovely new hotel

Beautiful new property, friendly staff, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Has dinner at the rooftop restaurant, L’Angolo con Vista, and the food and views were lovely, beautiful sunset.

Not the best location-price-quality ratio

Everything was clean and beautiful. I especially want to express my gratitude to the receptionist MARTA, whose attentiveness, kindness, and knowledge of many languages deserve respect. I rate the food quality, breakfast variety, and the serving staff very highly – 5 stars to all of them!

I was somewhat disappointed with the hotel's location – on one side, where the room windows face, there's a shopping center promenade, and on the other side... constantly buzzing trams. Essentially, Bergamo doesn't stand out from other Italian towns (not cities), so I find the price of this rather high-level hotel to be excessive. A separate topic I won’t delve into, but must mark as particularly poor – is the application of electronic technology in the room lighting system. I have never seen anything so illogical, even absurdly laughable, and I hope never to encounter such nonsense again. The control system for lighting and air conditioning – a complete disaster. It's hard to understand how something like this could even be created. It's not worth trying to figure it out because, as I mentioned, it's absolutely... I won’t use a very harsh word, but it definitely would be appropriate. In summary – it's likely I wouldn’t come back here a second time. Would I recommend it to others? Possibly not.

Great short stay

It was very clean, room was large and parking was very convenient. Radisson always offers consistent, great hotels at great convenience for short stays.

The location could have been a little closer to city centre, but the price / quality ratio really offset any inconvenience of location.

Smart hotel with good facilities, right next to ChorusLife venue and a tram stop

Smart, new hotel with a good range of facilities and spacious rooms. Good range for breakfast. Bathroom is spacious and good supply of toiletries etc (superior room). Can access the hotel by tram from the central station (or on foot if you don't mind walking 2.2km). Beautiful views from the roof garden. Handy for the ChorusLife venue and shops.

The A/C is too complicated for most people to use easily (i.e. when tired, stressed or drunk etc). It's expensive to book a car to the airport -EUR 35 (if a flight is leaving too early to get public transport etc).

I like the design, the smell and cleanliness of the hotel. Interior is amazing, the room terrace is very nice and large. Comfortable beds and beautiful environment.

Hotel novo, lindo design!

Quarto amplo com varanda e muito confortável. Presença de espelho de corpo inteiro, vários armários e poltronas. Banheiro, chuveiro, toalhas e lençóis muito bons. Café da manhã excelente! Água cortesia diariamente. Estacionamento no subsolo, com acesso fácil ao hotel por elevador. Perfeito para quem está de carro em Bergamo.

Falta de ganchos dentro do banheiro, para dispor objetos e roupas. Custo do estacionamento 25€ a diária. Não ter piscina.

Totul la superlativ. O locatie superba. Miroase totul foarte bine si este nou. Lenjerii si prosoape impecabile. Micul dejun are o varietate foarte mare. Poti merge atat pe jos cat si cu autobuz sau tramvai in centru. Este un pic departe de centru dar este o zona mai linistita.

Sistemul de lumini ca caldura cam dificil de utilizat. Niste instructiuni erau bune fiind un sistem mai smart si nou. In weekend a fost muzica foarte tare la patinuarul de langa. Izoltia fonica a fost buna, dar tot se auzea.

Perfect for airport

Location was great for Bergamo airport. Hotel was modern, clean, and well equipped. Rooms were stylish and comfortable with everything needed. Shower was great.

Disappointing and not up to a standard I am accustomed to to from your hotels

Breakfast ok. Somewhat limited.

Terrible access to hotel! Hauling luggage from a parking lot was awful. No assistance with luggage. No drive entry to hotel. This should be made perfectly clear in the description. I would never have chose this location for that reason. Room furniture so uncomfortable and bed very small.

Nowy hotel o wysokim standardzie. Super czysto i komfortowo. Wygodne łóżka. Czyste, pachnące ręczniki i pościel. Uprzejmy i kompetentny personel. Żadnych problemów z komunikacją po angielsku. Bardzo wygodny, duży parking podziemny dla gości hotelowych. Bardzo urozmaicone, smaczne śniadania. Przystanek tramwajowy w kierunku centrum Bergamo obok hotelu, dojazd tylko 3 przystanki. Tramwaj dojeżdża bezpośrednio do dworca kolejowego a tam 30 min do Mediolanu czy nad jezioro Como. Super! Przyjemny drink bar w hotelu z niewygórowanymi cenami.

Nawigacja trochę "błądzi" i ... trafiasz na parking centrum handlowego. :) Oznaczenia jak dostać się do hotelu powinny być bardziej czytelne.

Náš pokoj byl balkonem situován přímo do prostoru ChorusLife Areny, kde minimálně až do 24:00 probíhala ten večer velmi hlasitá produkce s velkým počtem návštěvníků, kteří postávali a posedávali v těsné blízkosti našeho pokojového balkonu a tedy i našeho pokoje. Je třeba s tím případně počítat, akcí zde bude zřejmě více. 😒.
