Superlative accommodation
It was far beyond expectations! More than in the description or in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by the existence of a microwave, cutlery, plates and a mini fridge. Super clean!

Very comfortable bed! Very clean! Well equipped and spacious room. Products for breakfast including good coffee :) Easy access.

Nice place clean place outside of the city centre
The property is new and very nice and modern. The bed is very comfortable. You don’t need a car. The #8 bus to the lower town centre is about an 7 minute walk away.
I was never contacted prior to my stay about the self-check in codes. I had to call Booking customer service from the airport before I got on my flight. I was told it was because I had not yet provided passport info when I prepaid in full. I was never asked for it. In the airport I sent photos of our passports and then did receive the codes. This was just unnecessary stress for no good reason. The codes worked but every time I had to enter them in multiple times. On the 5th time it finally worked for the room door. Otherwise everything about the apartment was great.

Soggiorno a capodanno
Il monolocale è molto ampio, moderno e pulito, appena fuori dal centro di Bergamo (5 minuti in auto) e con possibilità di parcheggio, anche se un po’ piccolo, noi comunque abbiamo trovato posto. Il self check-in è semplice e comodo. Il letto è comodissimo e il bagno spazioso e pulito. Sensazione generale di comfort.
L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato che sugli asciugamani grandi bianchi per il corpo abbiamo trovato un capello e alcune macchie di sporco, perciò non li abbiamo utilizzati; non ci è sembrato opportuno chiedere altri asciugamani puliti in quel momento però (anche se da remoto non saprei come avremmo potuto fare).
