Reasonably comfortable stay, very close to city centre
Good facilities, nice kitchen, clean space. The location was great if you want to be close to the city centre.
The beds were small and the stairs were a little difficult to navigate.

Comfortable place in the heart of Lyon.
Location excellent, layout workable, kitchen well equipped.
No exhaust fan in either bathroom or toilet. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied when we booked for 4 people for 3 nights. Only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 tea towel supplied. Bath towels tiny - too small for an adult. Wooden chopping board was broken in 3 pieces- but stowed in a kitchen cupboard anyway.

Location was good, but overall cleanliness and state of the apartment was not welcoming.
Location was great, instructions provided were fine.
The state of the apartment appeared as though the apartment was not cleaned prior to arrival. There was nothing provided on-site to make the stay feel comfortable - all that was provided was 2 bottles of shampoo and body wash. The photos show that the apartment appears to be clean and new, but all the furniture was old and worn down, glassware was not clean, bed sheets had stains and washroom was quite dirty.

Le canapé-lit était cassé ( inutilisable ) et je n’ai réussi à joindre personne pour régler ce problème.

Bäddsoffan var inte särskilt bekväm att sova i. Det centrala läget gjorde att man hörde en del oljud från gatan på nätterna.
