Great location, walking distance from many things in Lyon. Beautiful view, comfortable space including parking for the car. The arrival and departure instructions were delivered early on and were very clear. The apartment had few things that make anyone's arrival easy, to some extent, like a hotel (soap, tea, marmalade, small amenities) which is nice. The apartment has a lot of personality.

The shower is a bit odd, quite open, and there is no curtain, we ended up mopping the floor all the time in spite of being careful.

Very hot inside due to missing AC with temperatures at 40 degrees outside. Strong rotten smell from the river and in some rooms. Kitchen quite old fashioned

Can’t wait to return

Beautiful location, amazing accommodating host who let us check in early , parking spot and lovely home. Our whole family was very comfortable and happy with the stay and our kids had enough room to run around and mother was very happy to have an elevator. We loved Lyon and the host made it even better

The view over the river, the location near main train station. The overall layout and amenities provided in the apartment was nice. Having a parking spot and elevator for an old dog was perfect.

This was the perfect base for us to explore Lyon and we had a fantastic week!

Loved the quirky mix of old and new and the fabulous view over the River Soane. Well placed to access the comprehensive transport system in Lyon - (the City Card is a must!) - which made it easy to visit all the attractions and restaurants. The no. 8 bus is right at the door. The accommodation is spacious and provided a very comfortable retreat at the end of busy days exploring. Stef was really friendly and helpful and responded immediately to any queries.

The separate toilet is not spacious!

Gevoel van teleustelling overheerst door niet correcte afhandeling

Wij reserveerden dit appartement lang van tevoren specifiek omdat er een parkingplek voorzien was in de prijs. De parkingplek was voor ons doorslaggevend om voor deze locatie te kiezen. Toen we dag van tevoren contact hadden werd ons gemeld dat de parking niet meer inbegrepen was waardoor wij voor een voldongen feit stonden en halsoverkop een parkingplek voor 5 dagen moesten reserveren in een betaalparking. Ze hebben osn nooit laten weten dat de parkingplek niet meer voorzien was terwijl ik specifiek nog bij de boeking hierover contact heb gehad. Nadat wij hierover ons bekloegen werd ons als toegift beloofd om de gemaakte parkeerkosten terug te betalen. De dag van ons vertrek hebben wij hun alle gegevens van de onkosten doorgegegeven. We zijn nu inmiddels 2maanden verder, zoveel extra berichten verder waarin ons telkens opnieuw werd gezegd dat ze ons zouden vergoeden... Echter... inmiddels geen gehoor meer en nog steeds geen terugbetaling. We voelen ons echt bedrogen en aan het lijntje gehouden. Dit is niet correct. Voor hetzelfde bedrag met regelen eigen parkeerplaats hadden we een centralere locatie kunnen hebben.

Tevreden maar niet super.

De locatie is wel goed maar toch verder van het centrum dan verwacht. Het is er toch rustig ondanks de nabijgelegen snelweg en spoorweg. De oven warmt zeer traag op maar verder werkt de microgolfoven en de afwasmachine zeker goed. Ook een groot voordeel is de lift want het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping.

De toegangscode van de poort beneden werd ons niet bezorgd maar een van de buren was zo vriendelijk om ons binnen te laten en ons de code mee te delen. Verder vind je nogal wat hooiwagens in het appartement, er wordt dus niet genoeg aandacht besteed aan de poets (en dit terwijl die toch apart aangerekend wordt). Er zouden ook wel wat meer items in de keuken aanwezig mogen zijn: er waren geen schaar, geen ovenwanten, geen broodmes, ... Tenslotte zou men wel eens de nachtlampjes mogen controleren en de staande lamp in de living: blijkbaar worden defecte lampen niet vervangen...

Joli appartement dans ancien bâtiment proche du centre

Très joli appartement proche de la gare Perrache et à 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Lyon et centre. L'appartement est très joliment décoré.

Il y avait une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Dommage car elle était refaite avec une belle douche. 1 salle de bain pour 8 personnes!!!!!
