Grosse caution et pression par l'équipe Nocnoc.
L'appartement et l'emplacement sont bien mais trop de pression et une grosse caution a payer, si vous voulez passer un week-end tranquille sans stresse je vous déconseille.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la caution de 800€ qu'on m'a demandé de payer 2 fois alors que j'avais déjà payé la veille... Les 800€ de caution m'ont bloqués tout le week-end. La pression qu'on nous met pour le bruit, y'a un sonomètre qui calcul les décibels dans l'appartement mais le detecteur de fumer lui n'est meme pas branché. Cette immeuble regroupe que des locations Nocnoc.

Due giorni fantastici per la festa delle luci. Appartamento comodo a due passi dal centro
La struttura enorme con cinque camere da letto, doppi servizi e una cucina e sala molto spaziosa. L’entrata direttamente nell’appartamento dall’ascensore tramite un codice.
Luci automatiche di passaggio che di notte possono dar fastidio. La porta secondaria delle scale da far controllare. E una pecca della Francia è la mancanza del bidet.

Atende uma estadia rápida de 2 dias viajando em trip longa com a família. Principalmente se precisar lavar a roupa. Localização é bem prática com supermercado e próxima do centro.
Muito barulho dos hóspedes, o elevador dá acesso direto ao apartamento. Escuta as pessoas subindo e descendo se estiver no quarto ao lado.

L emplacement du logement. Appartement fonctionnel. Décoration agréable.
Le harcèlement de l hôte. (1jour sur 3). TV non connectée. Vaisselle insuffisante. Chambres petites avec rangements restreints. Joint carrelage défectueux en sortie de douche. Système de vidange d une toilette détérioré.
