Pleasant stay in Lyon

The apartment has very comfortable beds and is spacious for three people. The self check-in was easy and the location is excellent. The kitchenette has excellent facilities. The washing machine is a big plus and very easy to use. The effective air conditioning was also straightforward to operate.

The checkin time of 5pm is quite late and the checkout time of 10am is quite early. I would have liked a higher bracket in the shower. Be warned that the ceilings on the upper floor are low.

Overpriced for what the property offers.

The upstairs area ceiling at the lowest point is 170 centimeters / 67 inches in the bedroom the ceiling is 180 centimeters / 71 inches from the floor to the ceiling. The shower did not have any curtain so I went to the store and bought a rod and curtain that cost me 40 euros / $46 dollars also the bathtub from the bottom to the veiling is 170 centimeters / 67 inches my girlfriends head was touching the ceiling when showering. The downstairs kitchen area also did not have any curtain I also purchased another rod and curtain that also cost 40 euros / $46 dollars so if your like your privacy this is not good also if your are in the kitchen area at night time it is a very uncomfortable feeling with no curtain when people can look in at your and you can only see the blackness of the night. There are bright lights that are located upstairs near the bedrooms that have motion sensors that would come on through out the night even though no one was walking around and the room with the toilet has is where one of the lights that uses a motion detector. Which if going to use the bathroom during the night it is very bright, I ended up putting shirts over the lights due to their brightness. The morning of departure I was locked out of the apartment prematurely and could not gain access after closing the door I needed to re-enter and could not.

Would not stay there again.

There were things we liked about the property including where it was - we could walk to the main section of the city, grocery store etc. It was generally clean which was great and there was more than enough space. Free Netflix which was awesome!

We HATED the key system - we were from out of the country and our phones are not always reliable. Without a phone/wifi, you can't get it. We HATED the shower?tub? - it was neither! It didn't drain, we could not stand up (too short), no curtain so water all over the bathroom - it was terrible. We stayed for a week and had instructions to take garbage out daily (good idea!) but we had to go buy garbage bags etc because nothing was left for us. Plastic couches - yuck! And it was expensive!

Place is a good base but has some annoyances

> location is great. Close to Foch. Loads of great restaurants in the area. The big park is close by too > pretty good selection of utensils (just takes a while to locate them all) > bed is quite comfy > The aircon in the bedroom is a life saver. Without it it's too hot (went in spring time) > The lift was very helpful as I had a heavy bag for a long travel period

> The locking system of the door is by mobile phone only and really annoying! Take a screenshot of the code option because there were 2 occasions when the "unlock" website wouldn't load so the door could not be opened. To lock the door you have to choose "unlock" again, wait for the sound then physically turn the handle to lock. The instructions don't mention this clearly. > Did not like the entrance section to the apartment area. Main door doesn't close properly and the light is a motion detection light. It doesn't always come on when you leave the apartment it's pitch black and disconcerting > Do not choose this place if you have to work remotely. There is no comfortable/suitable place. There is a folding dining room table but the high, metal chairs are not comfortable for work at all > If you're taller than about 6"1" or 6'2" or will not be able to stand upright in the bedroom > if you're taller than roughly 5'9" or won't be able to stand upright in the bath / shower

Way too expensive for a barely livable tiny space.

The location (close to the Parc)

The dishonesty of the hosts, my sister had to go to the hospital and I asked to leave the accommodation one or 2 days earlier to be with her, the hosts agreed via email and said to send the request via booking, from there they answered on booking that they disagree. The accommodation is way too small for 1 adult and a kid, a man can not fit the bathroom. Everything is very small and not confortable. It's ok for one night MAX, not any longer, if you don't have any other option.

Per un soggiorno di una notte senza grandi pretese e’ accettabile.

Comodo il parcheggio collegato alla struttura. Buona posizione per visitare la città.

Una stanza/ attico in un immobile industriale modificato per farne un “appartamento con 2 camere da letto” costruendo un soppalco interno. L’aria condizionata puzzava di aglio e siccome le finestre della camera da letto non aprivano sull’esterno le notti erano soffocanti. Continuo rischio di sbattere la testa causa soffitto estremamente basso (persone di 1,90m non riescono a stare diritto) e travi portanti (io che sono 1,70 ho sbattuto la testa varie volte)

L'emplacement parfait pour visiter, le calme , la propreté, la déco agréable et moderne. Possibilité de garer son véhicule, ce qui n'est pas négligeable

La complexité pour ouvrir l'appartement ( serrure connectée avec lien sur le téléphone) Dans l'appartement avec 2 chambres 2 salles de bain, 1 seul toilette dans l'une des salles de bain . 1 chambre avec verrière donnant sur le salon ( pas de fenêtre donc embêtant pour les claustro) Un petit mode d'emploi pour le four serait le bien venu.

Séjour au calme, dans la partie nord de Lyon

La literie est très confortable Le quartier est très calme Les équipements sont modernes et la salle de bain fonctionnelle (à l'exception de l'absence d'un rideau de douche pour la baignoire) Accéder à l'appartement est facile (code sur la porte ou application), et le check-in est très bien organisé

L'emplacement n'est pas forcément idéal si on souhaite aller en vieille ville tous les jours (20 minutes de métro, 10-15 minutes taxi/uber, à pied on est vite à 25-30 minutes) Les espaces de rangements dans les chambres sont insuffisantes (armoire sans tablar, pas d'armoire dans la 2ème chambre) Absence de rideau de douche dans la baignoire comme mentionné ci-dessus Le canapé du salon n'est pas très confortable

Logement pratique pour des déplacements professionnels.

Tres bien situé, 6eme arrondissement, parc de la tete d’or tres proche. Il y a souvent de la place dans la rue pour se garer(payant la journée). Commerces proche: boulangerie, primeur, boucherie.

Un peu bruyant si les autres lofts de l’étage sont occupés.

PRESTATIONS ABSOLUMENT PAS À LA HAUTEUR DU TARIF

Quartier plutôt agréable et près du Parc de La Tête d'Or. Bonne litérie. Logement neuf.

1er niveau : Poignée porte d’entrée cassée et juste "réparée" avec du gros scotch marron. Eclairage à l'inverse du cosi, que des leds au plafond, pas de lampe d'appoint, notamment dans la partie salon. TV non reliée à une antenne ou au cable ou que sais-je, donc accès uniquement à Netflix et Prime si vous avez un abonnement personnel (juste un écran quoi...) Pas de pelle Pas d'aspirateur Aucun produit ménager à part le liquide vaisselle 1 seul torchon Appartement accessible par la fenêtre par un toit en contre-bas, d'où les barreaux aux fenêtres, mais dont deux sont sciés, accès aisé pour les intrus. Chambres : Pas de rangement dans une des chambres. Pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres ni de plafonnier, mais juste un spot sur la tête de lit trop fort pour lire le soir mais inefficace pour éclairer les chambres très sombres quand on veut y voir. Lits mal faits. Salle de bain : Pas de ventilation dans la SdB Pas de rideau ni de protection Pas d’attache pour le pommeau de douche Pas de serpillère pour écoper "l’inondation" inévitable, d'où l'utilisation des serviettes réservées à s'essuyer Pas d’éponge. WC : Pas de produit WC Et puis on doit enlever les draps et les housses de couettes et regrouper le linge de bain. Aucune aide de la part des contacts qui ne répondent que de temps en temps (j'ai demandé à arriver plus tôt qu'en fin de journée, ça a été accepté gentiment, mais pas de réponse pour un conseil pour poser les bagages après 10h le jour du départ... Pas d'aide par rapport à la TV, c'est comme ça et pas autrement...) Bref, j'ai connu ce type de location, il n'y a rien d'outrageant mais je les paie maximum 60€/nuit. PS : Je ne voulais pas faire de commentaire sur ce logement, ce n'est que parce que le site me demande mon avis régulièrement depuis mon séjour il y a un peu plus d'un mois que je poste finalement cet avis.
