About this apartment rental
A renovated 100m² mezzanine-level apartment featuring parquet flooring and traditional French-style beamed ceilings. It accommodates up to 6 people across two bedrooms and an alcove-style living area with a double sofa bed. Located just 50 meters from Place Kléber in a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants, it sits between the Foch and Masséna metro stations (250m away). There is a bakery right at the foot of the building, and the apartment is close to renowned chocolatiers/pastry shops (Bernachon and Tourtiller), the Paul Bocuse Market Hall, the Part-Dieu rail and shopping hub, and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Amenities include central heating, portable air conditioning units (available June through September, starting in 2027), and double-glazed windows fitted with shutters and curtains. Wi-Fi, Orange TV, and Canal+ Séries are provided. The dining area features a table seating 6 (extendable to 10) and a fully equipped SMEG kitchen with exposed stonework and a central island. There is a tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. A concierge, Mr. Pascal Bernard, will greet you to hand over the keys, explain how the apartment works, and assist with your departure. He can pick you up from Part-Dieu station if needed, point out available parking, and provide information on Lyon's public transport, shops, and restaurants. He can also arrange meal orders and pet care services if required.

We had a wonderful time and stay. Comfortable apartment. They had fans to help keep us cool and the Laundry helped us on our journey. Would recommend to others and would stay again next time in town.

This apartment is incredible! First of all, it is in the 6th arrondissement, which is very convenient for getting to any major attraction in the city and close to the metro for getting to the train or tram stations. It is a large apartment and we enjoyed the luxury of it as well as the comfort it afforded us. The apartment is very comfortable, very well appointed and very clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The beds are both very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect - coffee maker (expresso and American), tea pot, stove and cook top, full size fridge, dish washer, washer and dryer! They also had a roaster and microwave. You can see that the hosts have put a lot of thought into making sure their guests would feel comfortable and right at home. Pascal, the concierge, welcomed us when we arrived and went over all the workings of the apartment with us. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants, his favorite local sites and and the open air market where we could get the favorite cheese Äbondance." And he carried our bags up the stairs when we checked in and down the stairs when we checked out! Martime also was very attentive to our needs and was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked the apartment until we left. She even allowed us to check out late, given our connecting train did not leave Lyon until 1400.I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Lyon. We will definitely be reserving it for our next trip to the city!

This is an excellent properly located at an affluent neighborhood of Lyon. The apartment is very large for a family of 6, with very spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas. The apartment has been recently renovated, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is modern, the kitchen appliances are brand new. The overall property is very clean, and the communication with Pascal was excellent, from our reception until our check out. Highly recommend this location and I would certainly return.
