Save your money and go elsewhere

So many issues with this property starting from the fact that it’s a 5.00pm check in and you don’t find that out until after you’ve made the booking. The property is really old and in very poor condition, don’t let the photos fool you. There are marks and cracks in the walls everywhere including bathroom doors that don’t work, one shower smelt so bad no one could walk in there, the television didn’t work and the air conditioner didn’t work in a bedroom. Really poor condition for the price you pay. Avoid this place.

À part l’emplacement, rien d’autre!

La saleté , l’état dégradé de l’appartement , l’incorrection des gestionnaires de cet appartements, les promesses faite et non tenues. Des poils dans les draps, des matelas souillés sans alèse, robinet de cuisine défectueux avec inondation, pas de chauffage, canapé troué , pas de lumière dans les wc, saleté générale …

Style appparthotel et parfait pour notre réunion de famille

Très spacieux ! et confortable, bien situé, la communication a été très fluide et l’équipe réactive. Literie confortable, bon éclairage et dispo des prises électriques, très bon équipement en vaisselle.

Ce serait bien d’avoir un manuel pour le fonctionnement de l’écran et de la box, pour les personnes pas très douées comme moi. Et il manie une passoire dans la cuisine.

Um dos banheiros estava com a porta emperrada. Não dava para fechar. E a falta de uma cortina ou um box no chuveiro fazia com que molhasse o banheiro

Un appartement à oublier de par la saleté, le non entretien et la gestion calamiteuse.

L'emplacement est parfait mais c'est tout.

Le ménage n'avait pas été effectué, des volets cassés qu'on ne pouvait pas remonter, une odeur de cigarette froide, des portes cassées, des toiles d'araignées et des tissus pleins de tâche (sur le canapé), du papier peint déchiré, équipement de cuisine incomplet, des serrures de portes rebouchées par du papier. Odeur de renfermé très forte dans les salles de bain, pas de rideau de douche. En prime des gens qui avaient loués l'appartement du 1er étage pour un anniversaire avec du tapage nocturne de 3h du matin à 7h du matin (alors qu'il est clairement précisé dans les conditions générales qu'il est interdit)et une réponse sans réponse des gestionnaires des appartements de l'immeuble. NOC NOC ne nous a toujours pas répondu suite aux différents appels et courriels envoyés. A éviter
