Stylish studio apartment in great location.

Great little studio apartment in an excellent location right along the river across from the Grand Hotel-Dieu. I appreciated the coffee provided for making ourselves in the morning. Important to note this apartment is up two flights of stairs, so take that into consideration if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The listing says there is a 24-hour front desk, however that refers to online messaging and not someone in-person at a reception desk. You will not be able to store your bags in the building before/after check-in.

The property was great. Well appointed. Great layout. It’s close to numerous public transport. I enjoyed my walks through the historic district. Across the river.

They have a problem that could be easily solved. They are tied to their own personal app. The problem lies in the fact. If you can’t open it. You’re out of luck. They also have an Ai phone number. Which is useless if you need help. I tried numerous times and ways to get hold of someone. That didn’t happen till Booking.Com stepped in. Two solutions. Have a PDF of all the information that would be on the app. Also have a folder presentation in the apt. To show and help everything in the apartment.

was good and close to walking to the old Lyon.

The room was wonderfoul but the access with the stairs was heavy because we had a big lugagge and we weren't expect that the property doesn' have elevator and this part is poor ilumination and is very durty .

The property doesn't have elevators and is not clean this part of the entrance , the other thing was perfect the room and the facilities with the kitchen.

Stylish apartment

A stylish and comfortable apartment! Great location, walking distance to the city center with restaurants in the very close proximity, and 5 min walk to a parking garage (we appreciated the parking card a lot).

The window blinds were a bit broken, also more coffee mugs and a cutting board would have been great to have. It wasn't a problem for us but FYI there is no elevator so pack light.

Tired in Lyon

The bathroom was very well appointed, bed was comfortable and the parking was included and handy. Complementary drinks.

Generally the property is quite tired, it looked a look better on the photographs. The A/C was difficult to operate and we failed to find an optimal setting - it was very warm during our stay so this was essential and influenced our comfort overnight. The apartment really needs some TLC - light fittings were falling off, the roller blinds in the room were both broken (and will have been for some time). The communal area also requires better cleaning and some general attention to paintwork etc. As I said - it looked much better in the photos. Note as others that the apartment was on the 3rd floor of some awkward spiral steps - difficult to carry cases up no matter how fit you may be.

Great little apartment is fantastic position

The location is great - the apartment was beautiful and cool when we arrived which as fantastic. The bed was super comfortable- pillows could have been better. Only warning as others have said the 4 story walk up is a bit of a killer with luggage - but the car park was I see full we left items we didn’t need in there to lighten our bags

There is some maintenance issues for sure with door handle and light switches but let them know about this.

There was a conflict and they left us to take the blame

Please don’t make our mistake - this apartments doesn’t have a separate luggage storage service. They confused us with their beautiful story about starting their business. You can only leave your luggage when you check-in. Their promised 24/7 service is a key in the box and chat through booking.com. Unfortunately, the conflict wasn’t resolved, the staff didn’t accept their mistake and we were accused of blackmail so, I am attaching all texsts with the staff. We didn’t ask early check-in, we asked to leave our luggage 1.5 hours before check-in. If the staff had immediately said the luggage storage service is unavailable without check-in, the question would have been closed. If they wanted to give us a bonus with early check-in, they could have written - your room is ready. “We will do…” - this is a promise, not a message of readiness. Their policy includes a compensation for damage to anything broken within 500 euros. I wrote about the broken shelf and lamp at 6 pm but didn’t receive agreement about it that day. But they apologized and said that my room was ready earlier. Why didn't they say that it was ready immediately? We walked for 1.5 hours with suitcases around the city. The next day there was unpleasant texts and accusations. If anyone is interested in the details, I’m attaching screenshots here. Maybe we didn’t understand each other, but there is one difference between they and us - they provides the service for my money, it is their job. They have to inform me in correct way, and additional benefits are at their discretion. If they didn't take payment in advance, we would have found another apartment immediately. Other disadvantages: - circular staircase to the 4th floor without elevator (we could, but it may be a problem for someone) - not the best area, I would recommend living between the rivers - it's noisy outside

A good apartment with poor managerial decisions

Well decorated Parking space just 3 blocks (5 min walk) away

5pm check-in with an 11am check out is horrible and something I had never come across before (you are paying for a day but only getting 3/4 of it). Even though the apartment is evidently ready much earlier, you must pay €20 extra for each extra hour earlier (which means that if you want a standard 1pm check-in, you have to pay another €80). Impossible to speak to the manager. They don't answer the phone if you call (they will answer by txt, only).

Clean and comfortable, modern fit out, good location to walk to down and parking nearby. Hosts provided clear instructions on how to access and the included parking is a plus.

We loved this modern loft apartment

We loved the large loft apartment. The design was amazing and it was very large for two of us. The kitchen was well equipped . There wad no lift so was difficult to bring our heavy luggage up three flights of winding stairs. The front windows looked on to the riverside. We opened them at night but the noise from people enjoying themselves went on through the night till the early hours of the morning.

Good kitchen. A lot of space. Great view of the bath from bed ;-)

No closet space whatsoever or so difficult to find that it wasn't found. Finding out which switch corresponded to which light seemingly impossible. Electronic faucet had a mind of each own, at one point locking out because of temperature although it was at 35C. Uncomfortable to non existent sitting at a table.

The apartment is not as new as the picture shows, neither fancy or bright.

The apartment is big and with all cutlery and kitchenware ready, TV is also quite new and provide a lots of fun. The location is wonderful and convenient.

The cleaning still requires improvement (sofa sheets look quite grey and due to the humidity of Lyon, the bed linen and towels are felt a bit wet)The bedside table is tiny to put something on. And no slippers which is not convenient for us.

If I visit Lyon again, I surely would consider staying here again.

The location of the property is excellent. Easy access by tram, very close to major attractions, by the river.. The managers and the housekeeping team are very kind.

Although buildings without elevators are very common in Lyon, lots of tourists would not be aware of this. Therefore, I recommend clear notification in the information beforehand. The AC should better be renewed.

I couldn't find any dish cloth or tea towel to dry dishes. Otherwise perfect I struggled to find the apartment door and then keys but had a great phone support despite it being very late in the evening

Excellent location, close to the old town. On Saturdays there is a market right nearby on the river front. Due to the fact, that the room is located to the back street, it is not noisy in the night.
