Location was fantastic , bedrooms were much bigger than pictures portrayed , shower was excellent , balcony although small and sparsely furnished was super as very few buildings in Lyon seemed to have one
Only bath sheets , no hair towels or even a hand towel in the bathroom . Couldn’t get tv to work although we only wanted to play some background music so a speaker would have sufficed . Only air con unit in living area - I’m sure it’s not usually a prob but we were there in heat wave - however two fans were provided for each bedroom

Th artwork especially statues and colors, the facilities and a great location.
Service appalling. Access information inadequate and staff rude or non-responsive. The number of lights out of order. I’m all for ambience but the bedrooms especially the first meant you could barely see at night. Also the first bedroom completely lacked storage. The second bedroom has beautiful drawers.
