We stayed three nights at this apartment and loved the apartment and the location.

The apartment was in a great location and within walking distance of everything. The apartment was spacious, bright and clean. Communication was great with the host. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 babies and it was wonderful for us. I would recommend this apartment. It was on the 5th floor so lots of stairs to get to it which we didn’t mind. There is an elevator, however it is very small and we did not use it.

Recommend having hand towels and wash cloths available for the bathrooms. There were only bath towels.

A wonderful time in a great apartment

Great apartment in a fantastic location. You're right in the middle of everything, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a supermarket close by and the Cordeliers stop, with the metro and lots of bus routes, isn't far away. The apartment is bright and beautifully designed. Everything you need is there, including plenty of bed linen and towels. We particularly liked the fact that there was also plenty of crockery (lots of cups, plates, etc.), so we didn't have to wash up all the time. It was ideal for our group and we'd love to come back.

The key handover did not go smoothly because the code provided was incorrect. After a few phone calls and attempts, it finally worked. Tall people need to be careful on the upper floor. The stairs are also a bit uneven. The mattresses were too hard for us. The second toilet is only accessible through a bedroom. But all in all, very good and as described.

Not easy to access a property when the front door will not open

Location

The lock to the front door was broken for the period we were there so had to access via the restaurant next door when it was open!. The lift had a warning not to press the button to the 5th floor or it would “freeze”. There were 4 bedrooms but only two toilets on of which was shared among three bedrooms

Great location is all.

Perfectly situated right next to the metro Cordeliers. Rue Merciere just next door for wonderful restaurants.

Reservation conditions unclear. The full amount is taken directly from the credit card without warning despite saying that they would contact me first. The photographs of the apartment are misleading and show luxury where there really isn't. This apartment is a loft conversion done cheaply without changing the old broken floor tiles or changing the windows. The apartment is cold and the heating inefficient: excellent radiators in the toilets -where the doors are closed; poor heating in the rooms and upstairs is freezing. The distribution of the apartment is also not well thought out. While there are several showers, there are only two toilets, one of which you can only get to by going through a bedroom and the main bathroom. The lift does not work so you have to climb up 5 floors to get to the apartment, given some of the previous reviews this is not a temporary situation. The entrance is also uninviting with a broken window on the front door and various cartons and wood offcuts on the stairs. The whole apartment really needs some care. Dishwasher is not attached properly and falls forwards (almost on top of one of us), the coffee machine is damaged, there are no sharp knives- not even a bread knife, the fridge isn't clean and the showers are rusty. Most beds are sofa beds and are not very comfortable. We also had to make up several of the beds ourselves despite confirming twice on their request the number of guests. This apartment may be in an excellent location but it is not cheap. The service given does not meet the expectations given the amount we paid.

Very bad apartment (DON'T RESERVE)

This is the most horrible place you might stay at .. the lift is like a capsule fits for 2 persons maximum and you have to carry the luggages one by one in that tiny capsule.. the lift sometimes doesn't work and we called the manager and he wasn't helping The apartment is too small compared to what in the pictures here .. Many wires were exposed !!! There are many insects and mosquitoes and we all got many scars in the first 4 hours The bathrooms were miserable there are only 2 and too small The apartment in the 5th floor and the woods were rotten and too old .. The wifi wasn't working and the manager didn't respond as usual We stayed only 10 hours then we lift and they refused to refund us although we reserved it for 7 nights Very bad experience and very bad staff they were mocking about our problems I have many pictures and videos confirming what I'm writing here ..

Very poor

When I arrived to the apartment with my family we were extremely disappointed not only by the overall appearance of the apartment (which is completely different than what was described and shown in pictures), but also the elevator was out of service and there was not even a fan for each room. We were a large group with at least one luggage per person and had to carry the bags 5 flight of stairs. Furthermore, we were traveling with two elderly people that could not go up these stairs. That night we had to find where they could stay given that it was impossible for them to reach the apartment and the answer I got for the elevator not working was that on Sunday you couldn't find assistance to get it fixed. I asked the person in charge to compensate this inconvenience with a refund given that I did not get the services I payed for but had no answer.

Bem localizado, grande, aconchegante.

Localização excelente. Perto de tudo. A casa é linda, como nas fotos, confortável e aconchegante.

O único ponto de atenção é que tem muitos quartos mas com apenas 2 banheiros com privadas, são 4 banheiros no total, mas dois deles tem só chuveiro. No nosso caso não foi um problema porque nossa família era pequena, mas é um ponto de atenção para famílias maiores. O aquecimento do banheiro maior também não estava funcionando enquanto estávamos lá, e ficava muito frio, mas a dona da casa foi muito atenciosa em tentar resolver, só que não deu tempo de ser resolvido enquanto estamos lá.

I gabinetti distanti dalle camere e distanti dai bagni xon lavabo e doccia. Scomodissima diaposizione complessiva. Pannello porta di una camera xhe si distacca dal telaio. Ingresso del condominio ad essere buoni molto basic. Ascensore molto stretta con dine corsa al quarto piano. In piano da fare a piedi per raggiungere l'alloggio

Idéal pour un court séjour au centre de Lyon pour un grand groupe

Grand hébergement spacieux au coeur du vieux Lyon, à proximité de toutes les commodités, visites, restaurants... Appartement très bien fourni avec 2 fours, une bouilloire, 2 machines à café, un frigo avec congélateur, un aspirateur et même une table et un fer à repasser et beaucoup de places assises autour de la table de la salle à manger et sur les canapés. Les lits étaient confortables, le tout était propre.

Jusqu'au jour J nous pensions être accueillis par quelqu'un mais le matin même nous avons reçu le code de la boîte à clé. Nous aurions apprécié rencontrer les hôtes et obtenir des conseils de première main. Il n'y avait pas de détecteur de fumée, ce qui nous a paru peu sûr, et nous avons reçu l'information qu'il y avait des détecteurs de décibels dans l'hébergement, en communication directe avec les autorités, ce qui était un peu inquiétant. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la climatisation dans les chambres du haut. L'ascenseur pour mener au 4e étage était extrêmement étroit, mais il a suffit pour expédier nos affaires en 3 fois pendant que nous montions à pied (nous étions 11). Le hall de l'immeuble sentait très mauvais. Les finitions globales de l'appartement sont inexistantes ce qui ne donne pas une impression de qualité durable.

beau grand appartement central, lumineux, bien agencé

la pièce principale (salon, salle à manger, cuisine) était très très grande, très lumineuse avec vue sur les toits lyonnais, les 2 chambres du bas très spacieuses, bonne literie, les poutres en bois donnent du cachet, petit escalier typique pour aller aux chambres à l'étage, 2 grands toilettes appartement très agréable pour passer de bons moments tous ensemble, c'est très grand

il faudrait remettre des verres à vin, champagne, il y a beaucoup, beaucoup de verres à eau, lol

Appartement spacieux et lumineux.super bien placé dans un quartier où le choix des restaurants est multiple ; idéal pour un week end entre amis.l appartement est situé a 15mn du vieux centre de Lyon , 45 de la gare St Exupéry.

Rien en particulier , si ce n' est le 5 ème étage qui fait la séance sportive car l ascenseur est minuscule (2 personnes max)
