Location was excellent, just perfect, centre of Lyon, walking distance to everywhere, and a nice safe area. The apartment was reasonably clean, and had adequate kitchen equipment..We acknowledge the hosts welcome gift of two dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and some tea and coffee.
It was difficult to find 2nd floor on a spiral staircase, to carry the luggage up to 2nd floor; to find the entrance which had no name or number. The two toilets were unventillated, one was located outside the front door on a passageway inside the gated entrance. one bedroom had no windows. the host failed to respond to a simple request by either email or the "emergency contact number" -the telephone contact when dialled registered as a failed call.
