The house located 10 minutes by metro from the center of Lyon.
Consisting of 9 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the accommodation area is 340m².
The house includes a garden, a gym and a meeting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Cooktops, Coffee makers ...
You will have two parking spaces.
The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of the historic Gratte-Ciel district.
** HOUSING **
The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of 15 people maximum. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation.
We offer a hotel-type service for bed linen, towels and bath sheets.
The house has 6 Bedrooms with 140cm x 200cm double beds and 3 Bedrooms with 120cm x 190cm beds.
The garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in fine weather.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house.
In order to be able to offer "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please be sure to strictly observe this rule. Smokers should go out and enjoy the outside, which is very pleasant :-).
The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber).
Parking in the neighborhood is free.

The living room and the kitchen open onto a garden and a terrace which will allow you to have an aperitif, and have lunch or dinner outside during the sunny days.
