In a quiet setting, ideally located just 5 minutes from the Croix-Rousse metro station, the market, and local shops, in the highly sought-after Croix-Rousse neighborhood, discover this magnificent, fully furnished, renovated luxury three-bedroom apartment. With a floor area of 85 m², it features a 12 m² terrace offering a magnificent view.
You’ll be charmed by its high-quality finishes, oak hardwood floors, east-west orientation, and stunning panoramic view of Lyon and the Alps. On clear days, you can even see Mont Blanc.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and food processor.
A flat-screen TV is located in the living room.
Three beautiful bedrooms with storage, one of which has a balcony:
- 1st bedroom: 160
- 2nd bedroom: 140
- 3rd bedroom with its covered balcony: children’s bed (90x190) + single mattress (90x190) + travel crib if needed.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
A folding bathtub, a changing pad, and a high chair are available for the little ones.
Cold water, hot water, and electricity are included.
High-speed internet (fiber) is included.
Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.

Excellent view, lots of space and walking distance to shops cafes restaurants and bars. Set up great for small children with small beds and two cotbeds, two high chairs and baby bath. Washing machine and dishwasher available and fans available for when it’s warm. There is a lift but note there are steps from ground level to the lift and from the lift to the flat. Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was just as appeared in the photos. It was very clean. It is in a great location. There bakeries, a market, and excellent restaurants all just a five to ten minute walk from the apartment. Maeva is very responsive and was extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants, markets, etc. She even let us check in early. We are a family of five and had a great vacation with this apartment as our home base.
