Although the flat is clean and secure, the shared access areas through the building are a little dilapidated and in need of work, though I suspect this isn’t something that the host can do by themselves. The accommodation is basic but very well priced, especially for its location close the Vieux Lyon

Localisation idéale dans le quartier Saint jean, une bulle de tranquillité à l'écart du brouhaha de la ville
Appartement atypique, cosy et correctement équipé
Les indications pour accéder à l'appartement sont précises, la vidéo est un plus
Un petit coup de frais des murs serait appréciable. Le canapé bien que confortable est déchiré.

The comfy pull out bed.
The parking it very difficult. It is not clearly advertised there are two different apartments pictured making you think all the rooms are separate when it’s all open plan. Hard to reach with hundreds of steps so very difficult the in the hot weather with small children and Luggage. Small shower cubicle hard to access for adults. Tv didn’t work, paint flaking on woodwork, generally run down and not very inviting. We were happy to stay for one night but anymore would have been a headache.

"Laurent shared a video ahead of our arrival which made entering the apartment easy. The apartment is clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Well equipped if you want to stay in and cook. Great view."
