Not good at all, waste of money!

The apartment is in a great location. It is located in the heart of Lyon's old town and every attraction is within easy reach from there.

1, The key to this apartment has to be collected from another place, about 10 mins walk, however, the landlady did not arrange a smooth handover of the key, which let us walked a lot. 2, The apartment is in an old building without good lighting system, and corridor inside is very dark and sometime may get lost inside the building. 3, When we step into the apartment, the laundry is still running with towels and sheet inside, the landlady refused stopping that laundry, and it is very noisy. 4, The mattresses were old and uncomfortable and the bathrooms and toilets were not clean enough.

Tutto negativo. Dalla polvere all'umidità dello stendino con i panni bagnati steso al centro della stanza, un vero scam. Finestre rotte, freddo in camera e confusione fino alle tre del mattino dato dal bar sotto casa. Palazzo fatiscente, non sicuro, spaventoso.

L'unica cosa bella è il posto in cui si trova.

Le foto pubblicate sono ingannevoli, la casa è sporca, specchi appoggiati al muro, lenzuola e asciugamani puzzolenti, ragnatele e polvere ovunque, aria condizionata emergenziale. Sono andato via un giorno prima, ho dormito solo una notte, rinunciando alla seconda ( su un letto che dava la sensazione di non essere pulito) perché non potevo fare almeno e ne ho pagate due. Non rispetta il minimo di regole di sicurezza ed igiene che dovrebbe avere una struttura turistica. Sconsigliata vivamente. Dalle foto si vede come ho trovato la casa al mio arrivo. Un'ultima cosa, la signora non sa cosa significa venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. IN RISPOSTA ALLA CARA SIGNORA: Ribadisco e sottolineo che la casa non era in condizioni di ospitare persone, per igiene e sicurezza. Poi, ripeto, che le foto su booking sono ingannevoli. Faccio presente alla signora che, non solo gli hotel devono rispettare le norme igieniche e di sicurezza e che, il sottoscritto gira l'Europa ed è la prima volta che ha trovato uno schifo simile. Il quartiere storico, non giustifica la casa in quelle condizioni. Secondo la signora , se io vado in un borgo medievale , devo trovare il vaso da notte al posto del WC. Lascio la signora alle sue convinzioni, intanto ho letto le altre recensioni che, non differenziano molto dalla mia. Booking, con il quale non ho mai avuto problemi, provvederà...

Les tapis sont très sales, il serait préférable de les jeter Les supports du tuyau du climatiseur sont cassés donc difficile de faire tenir le tuyau pour l'évacuation d'air chaud Les rideaux sont déchirés à certain endroit Les doubles rideaux ne sont pas assez larges pour couvrir les fenêtres en totalité Les joints de salle de bain sont à refaire La porte d'entrée et les plinthes à proximité sont à repeindre Le frigo est à nettoyer et à dégivré totalement Il faut ajouter des prises électriques La porte pour le rangement de la poubelle est à changer Il faut être sûr que le linge de lit soit propre car j'ai eu des doutes sur les taies d'oreillers L'escalier est vraiment très difficile à emprunter au risque de tomber avec l'espace des marchés très réduit à cause des étais de soutien afin qu'il ne s'écroule pas

leider war der abfluss von der dusche verstopft. das tischtuch hatte einen riss, der schrank war sehr unstabil, die gewaschene bettwäsche des vormieters wurde zum trocknen aufgehänkt und muffte, weil der stevi zu klein war, für die vieḷe wäsche. unsere eigene bettwäsche muffte, weil sie wahrscheinlich genauso getrocknet wurde.

Sale, très sale, répugnant !

L'appartement est parfaitement situé en plein coeur du vieux Lyon dans une traboule. A notre arrivée une odeur acre de cuisine régnait partout. Tout était sale! Le sol était gras, les joints de la sdb étaient noirs de moisissures et une touffe de cheveux gluants bouchait l'evacuation de la douche. les fenêtres étaient grises de saleté. Impossible d'utiliser la bouilloire car un amas noir et gluant flottait dans de l'eau croupie. Sous le fauteuil, plusieurs chaussettes sales d'anciens occupants se mêlaient à de gros minons. Et que dire de l'espèce d'armoire en papier! Bref, le séjour romantique pour faire découvrir la France à ma conjointe à très mal commencé dans ce logement. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

1. No hay personal 2. Toca entrar dando una patada a la puerta, no tenía llave 3. El edificio está en un estado lamentable 4.para entrar al piso hay que hacer un máster 5. El alojamiento sucio, sin toallas, hice reserva para 3 y solo había una cama hecha con unas sábanas sospechosamente usadas, 6.el piso no está como en las fotos, nada más entrar había un tendedero con ropa mojada en medio. 7. La cocina tenía las sillas encima de la mesa. 8 telarañas y abandono es la primicia. 9 cortinas de pena 10. y como guinda del pastel hay ruido de los bares de abajo de gente en la calle hasta casi las 3am y luego a las 5am el camión de la basura. Los del bar de abajo dicen que siempre hay los mismos problemas para entrar al alojamiento y ellos guían como pueden y amablemente. UNA VERGÜENZA
