Loved the location! Loved the spaciousness and the character of the building.
The bathroom seemed to have a constant odor to it, but that’s probably attributable to the age of building and the miracles needed to incorporate indoor plumbing. It was not a dealbreaker and was manageable. A bit of an issue making contact with someone later in the evening to get the keys through the building call system but we were able to get someone to answer the phone via traditional methods. Otherwise, really good communication from the owners.

Pouvoir rentrer dans l’appartement avant 16h.
La porte d’entrée ne ferme pas à clé et n’est pas sécurisée. La salle de douche et la cuisine sont très vieillottes. Il faudrait faire des travaux de rénovation. La propreté du canapé est moyenne. Il ne faut pas être grand dans l’appartement. Je fait 1m68 je ne tenais pas debout sur la mezzanine.
