very bad experience in Lyon with this flat

Nothing

from the entrance of the building the smells was very bad , too many doors with security to go for the flat , in the flat the towels and the sheets was dirty and old , only one waste basket in the kitchen, no waste basket in the toilet or the bathroom, not organized and not clean kitchen, the doors for toilet and bathroom can not lock not worth the money and the good rate with 4 stars . in Lyon you can find a better hotel than this flat

Very nice appartement for short stay in lyon

Good location, T2 is just 100 meters walk. 3 supermarkets around -Intermarché and casino opens on Sunday!

The other side of the good things- this is on 7th floor so it is hot for the canicule days. When the windows are open it is a bit noisy as cars and tramways pass all the time

Great place, great location and great view

Beautiful place, great view of the city. The tram station is nearby, there is a supermarket next to the building and a lot of restaurants on the same street. The place was clean, and with all the facilities, the communication with the host was great. The parking is underground and private.

The bed was not that comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Near public transportation and supermarked.

Lacks coziness, very strong odor in the stairwell, poorly maintained apartment. The apartment is located right next to a very noisy road. We stayed there during 28-30-degree weather, and the apartment was unbearably hot at night. There was no air conditioning. Avoid!

Superb

Good organisation. Comfy beds, bedding, towels. Convenient kitchen (wooden board should be replaced). Really appreciated having salt and pepper and soap available. Good and convenient decoration and furniture arrangement. Bedding ready for the number of people requested. We slept very well.

Unfortunately, the building tends to be smelly for a reason I do not know. But this is more related to general issue of building than flat.

Spacious, nicely furnished flat in noisy, characterless location

The apartment was spacious, the lounge was nicely decorated and it had a washing machine

the one bedroom is on a very busy main road with trains going back and forth all night. Alos felt some basics were missing: wine glasses, wine opener, coffee pods, spare toilet roll, soap.

La localisation, la proximité par rapport à mon lieu de formation À noter place de parking étroite et pratique pour laisser un véhicule pas trop grand mais pas pour une sortie quotidienne en voiture.

Appartement sympa et lumineux

Appartement lumineux et suffisamment spacieux pour nous qui étions 6 pour 1 nuit.

Pas de chance pour nous. Garé facilement dans la rue..mais notre voiture à été volé dans la nuit. Utilisez plutôt le parking réservé. Odeur d'ègout horrible dans la cage d'escalier à notre arrivée. Merci de ne pas oublier de mentionner l'allée B pour atteindre l'appartement. Nous sommes montés allée A pour rien.

Passable pour une nuit

L'appartement était situé dans un quartier plutôt calme à proximité des lignes de bus et tram et les matelas des deux chambres étaient confortables.

Cet appartement mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. La chasse d'eau coulait en permanence, il manquait le réservoir d'eau de la cafetière, une poignée était cassée et une personne du groupe s'est retrouvée enfermée dans une des chambres. Des serviettes mouillées avaient été oubliées dans le lave-linge, le canapé-lit et la nappe en tissu étaient sales. Un message a été envoyé à la propriétaire pour lui signaler ces dysfonctionnements mais aucun message de sa part en retour ; dommage, il aurait peut-être évité ce commentaire.

C’est un appartement très fonctionnel et lumineux avec vue sur la Fouvière. Il y a des commerçants proches.

Il faisait trop chaud à cause du chauffage au sol. Dans les parties communes au Rez de chaussée, il y a des odeurs nauséabondes.

A FUIR D’URGENCE ET À BANIR !!!

J’ai mis 1/10 car on ne peut pas mettre 0/10. Une escroquerie, ce logement ne devrait même pas être sur Booking proposé à des clients !!

1) Photos mensongères : à part le salon, ça ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. 2) Appartement pas nettoyé : gel douche vides proposés, des cheveux partout, un élastique utilisé était collé à la grille dans la douche, sans compter la cuisine et les sols… 3) Équipements non fonctionnels - 2 ventilateurs sur 3 qui ne fonctionnent pas donc il fait une chaleur à crever et on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres tellement c’est bruyant. - Il y a des lumières qui ne marchent pas - Le jet d’eau de la douche fuit donc inondation - La télévision ne s’allume pas Et le pire dans tout ça, c’est que nous sommes laissés comme ça !! L’hôte ne répondait même pas au téléphone et messages, encore aujourd’hui après notre séjour, aucune nouvelle. C’est inadmissible.
