Nice decor, outdoor space a disappointment.

Lots of beautiful art in the apartment. Our host,Thierry was incredibly responsive . Unique decoration, quite tasteful. Nice to have a washer. Location was good for walking along the river to the main areas.

The apartment is very near the rail station (almost under the train tracks) and next to a high traffic roadway. Quite noisy all hours of the day. The windows of the front of the apartment are right on the street (people can't see in though due to the coating on glass) . It feels not very safe to keep the living room windows open. The outdoor space is unusable it is dank and smells bad with a moldy umbrella. The bedroom windows open to this courtyard. So there is no good airflow through the apartment. The ceiling fan is very helpful but we were asked not to run it too much The shower was very dark with unpredictable hot water and pressure.

Interesting digs but best for couples not a family due to set up

Brilliant decor and colorful. Host was very nice. Location is great.

This was not the best for a family of 4-best for a couple. We had teen-age daughters and the couch is awkward to use. No AC is also a real set back for those used to it

The apartment was spacious and on the ground floor looking over the river. Easy walk to the tram station and into town. The hosts were wonderful and helpful.

Great vibe inside the apartment & Extremely helpful host

A bit difficult to get used to first minutes to be in ground floor with view to busy street. But the first impression was immediately offset by discovering the fact that the windows had special foil to prevent people to see from outside in. Despite being in busy street, it was very quiet inside.

Tutto Fantastico !

La casa e’ bellissima e la posizione ottima vicinissima ai punti strategici. Si può visitare tutto a piedi. Il proprietario è super disponibile e ad un prezzo modico ci ha fatto parcheggiare in un garage a 5 min a piedi dalla struttura.

Anche se la casa è perfetta, migliorerei solo la pressione dell’acqua della doccia, un po’ bassa.

En läcker lägenhet i två plan. Häftigt inredd. Förvånande tyst trots brutal trafik från väg och järnväg.

En lägenhet utan värme i ett kylslaget oktober. Sökte kontakt med angiven kontaktperson men fick inget svar.

Séjour correct mais départ très mal géré par l’hôte.

Logement conforme aux photos.

Logement très humide avec une odeur persistante. Attention au parking : annoncé comme “à proximité – 15 €/jour”, mais situé à ~950 m, et paiement exigé en cash seulement au moment du départ. Cela a généré une situation inconfortable avec l’hôte, qui nous a insultées lors du départ. À améliorer.

Fantastico loft a Lyon, con garage e comodo per la visita della città

Loft dietro la stazione di Lione-Perrache, in una zona non bella esteticamente, ma vicina al centro. L'appartamento è bellissimo, arredato con molto gusto, e con vere opere d'arte!. Le foto descrivono esattamente l'appartamento. A richiesta, c'è un garage (distante qualche isolato) a 15€/giorno, prezzo onestissimo, oltre tutto il gestore si è offerto di farmi da autista per i tragitti da e per il garage. i gestori (Thierry e Choi) sono persone squisite e molto disponibili. Grazie Thierry e Choi, avete un bellissimo appartamento e, se dovessimo tornare a Lyon, ci rivolgeremmo a voi.

Superbe appartement atypique et hôtes très prévenants !

L'appartement est super, très spacieux, atypique, très bien équipé et Thierry et Choi sont des hôtes toujours à l'écoute des questions / besoins des locataires.

Pas de clim alors qu'elle était citée dans les équipements et malheureusement il faisait réellement étouffant ce WE-là donc malgré le fait que l'appartement est très bien isolé, nous avons eu chaud. Le divan-lit pour la 3ème qui occupe tout le pallier (difficile que les personnes de la 1ère chambre doivent se relever la nuit) et qui n'est pas séparé par un mur du divan du salon pour la 4ème personne donc difficile de dormir quand l'un des 2 ronfle.
