Terrible - would not recommend
Nothing - the apartment was in a totally unacceptable condition when we arrived
The apartment was dirty and much of the furniture, fixtures and fittings were in disrepair. Two of the plug sockets in the kitchen and bathroom were hanging off, the shower connection was broken, the smoke alarm was broken and discarded in a cupboard, the toilet door handle was broken and didn't close, the kitchen table was supposed to be attached to the wall but it was coming away, the sheets hadn't been ironed, there was only one towel provided, there were no cups to drink out of, the cutlery was dirty, the kitchen sink tap was unstable, there were no basic cleaning utensils - just one grubby sponge on the side of the sink, the sofa was dirty, it looked like there was damp in one of the bedrooms, the wallpaper was peeling off in the bedroom, the chest of drawers was broken. We tried to contact the property, but apart from a couple of unhelpful messages, they ignored us and didn't answer their phone, so we had no choice but to leave the apartment after the first night and find alternative accommodation at great expense and inconvenience. We had unfortunately booked for five nights. We have tried numerous times to contact the property since to get a refund, but they never respond. We are now being assisted by booking.com.

Dommage, un gâchis.
L'emplacement est idéal. Mais c'est bien la seule chose positive ici.
J'allais être plutôt compréhensive car je trouvai que l'état des lieux était moins pire que les gens d'avant qui ont laissé des commentaires. Cependant, voilà que mon séjour se termine, et l'on veut me facturer 300 euros pour soi-disant une vitre cassée. Alors qu'on a absolument rien cassé. Pour commencer, lors du check-in, un mauvais code nous a été donné. Impossible de récupérer les clefs de leur boîte. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés avant la fermeture de l'entreprise en gérance. On a tout de meme eut un coup de stress de 20 min. Sinon, les draps en boules qui avaient été signalés précédemment sont toujours en boules dans le placard. Le détecteur de fumée pareille, toujours dans le placard. Le chauffage à gaz a été impossible à allumer heureusement que le mois de novembre était plutôt clément, quand nous y étions. Le nombre d'araignées dans l'appartement est impressionnant. Heureusement que ce sont des araignées d'appartements mais tout de même. La literie est confortable mais bruyante. Des prises électriques pendent. Le verrou de salle de bain est défaillant. Un de mes enfants est resté coincé. Et bien sûre la propreté n'y est pas. Tout cela est bien dommage, car c'est un appartement qui a du potentiel. Mais il a besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement.
