We had a quite good stay but there were a number of very disappointng aspects which could be fixed

The size of the disabled room was good; the aircon was good; the public transport was good

The kitchen very poorly equipped; in the accessible room the kitchen was difficult to use if not in wheelchair; the caretaker of hte property was rude to our driver who delivered a car for us; the rooms were not cleaned at all. apparently cleaning means emptying the rubbish and providing toilet paper. This is fine, but there should not be notices saying cleaning happens daily because it does not. There is a 75euro fine for not cleaning t he kitchen but no equipment is provided for this so we had to buy our own. Both showers flooded, the place was not well looked after in general.

It s not that close to city centre, and we ve seen written in the apartment that if we don t do the dishes we will be charged 75€ (higher price than the night there) we didn’t even use the kitchen but I personally found it super unfriendly.

Great stay

Very comfortable, spacious and clean appartment, there was also free parking. It was very easy to check-in: you get a message with the codes for the parking gate, front door and wifi beforehand. Thus no need to stress about the check-in time.

It was ok for the price, not far from the city and with free parking.

The room wasn't all that clean, cobwebs all over. The water wasn't draining properly anywhere in the bathroom. Also in the middle of a heatwave an AC was really missing. The gate to the parking was extremely inconvenient to use.

Would stay there again

It was clean, cozy and good looking. Nice smart TV for watching netflix. Parking your car there is safe (behind a gate). The instructions were very clear and accessing our room was very easy.

The airconditioning wasn’t that great and there’s a lot of mosquitos in the neighborhood so opening a window wasn’t an option either.
