Machine à café fonctionnait mal, le café était froid.

Emplacement idéal pour déambuler dans Lyon. L'accès gratuit au parking est très appréciable. Chambre super équipée et très design, c'est assez original ! Un peu une chasse au trésor pour accéder à l'appartement mais marrant et très clair au final !

Il faut aimer le noir et ne pas être clostrophobe, la porte se ferme à double tour toute seule ! Impossible de limiter le débit très puissant de la douche qui éclabousse énormément et peut surprendre les personnes qui aiment prendre une douche relaxante. Même chose pour le robinet de la vasque fixé beaucoup trop haut, on en met partout malgré nous...

BE CAREFUL ABOUT CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES - they are unresonable and its awfully automated property so limited services. Location is great Beds were nice Fully equipped

The check in and check out times are unreasonable. Check in at 16:00, Check out at 10:00. These are unreasonable and not an industry standard. They give you an option to pay hourly for a move of the times so it's made explicitly to extort the guest. This accommodation is fully automated so you don't have anyone to revert back aside from the chat on Booking.com. They are responsive but its always back and forth as their automated responses are all in French (fair enough but if it's automated at least provide the translation). I also didn't like that it was not sound proof. From the room you could hear other rooms, outside, even the water coming down the pipes. Very very very loud. It's modern but dark. Interior rooms called 1-bedroom apartment did not match the 1-bedroom description. It was a studio at best with no external light. a cramped side table next to the bathroom. Not great.

Good location

The staff handling it was the most inadequate and rude we have met a long time. We run out of hot water say one - send a text and they wouldn’t look into into until they got a photo to describe the problem 🤔 They answered every text after 24 h. Apart from it being impossible, booking chat also doesn’t let you attach photos. The design in the apartment is good for photos but completely impractical to live in. Also to get in there are three lockers with different codes which is very tedious. No sound proofing so also you can hear them doing renovations at some of their apartments at 8 am. Very poor value for money.
