Very poor value for money, noisy and rude staff
Good location
The staff handling it was the most inadequate and rude we have met a long time. We run out of hot water say one - send a text and they wouldn’t look into into until they got a photo to describe the problem 🤔 They answered every text after 24 h. Apart from it being impossible, booking chat also doesn’t let you attach photos. The design in the apartment is good for photos but completely impractical to live in. Also to get in there are three lockers with different codes which is very tedious. No sound proofing so also you can hear them doing renovations at some of their apartments at 8 am. Very poor value for money.

Stylish apartment in the heart of Lyon
I had read many reviews mentioning a lack of towels and toilet paper during previous stays, but I was very impressed to see how well the property team had responded to customer feedback. During my stay, everything was perfectly provided — in fact, far more than I needed — and all the amenities were of premium quality. The staff were helpful, the flat looked exactly like the photos: stylish, spotless, and in an unbeatable location. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lyon.

Black apartment in great location.
Good location giving easy access to Presqu’ile shopping, Vieux Lyon sights, and transport around the city. Very comfortable bed and large ceiling-mounted smart TV. Kitchenette has Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and 2 ring induction hob. Good shower-room but shower can overflow easily.
The apartment walls and ceiling are all black - even the kitchen area and wardrobe, with stark LED lighting. Since there’s no natural light this makes it quite hard to see where things are. We needed a total of four access codes to get in and another to get the parking card but they all worked.

Nice design nice location just an off vibe for us
Clean and location
Offer early check in and late check out (you pay for it) but not available. If it’s not available in a certain day then tell the client and don’t offer. Because check in is at 4 (late imho) and check out 10 (early imho) you need 3 codes and the one wasn’t used (door always was open) until ofcourse I had a dead phone, the written notes with my husband, and since it wasn’t used yet not committed to memory and a full bladder

Peaceful stay in a super convenient location — everything within walking distance!
I had a wonderful stay!
The apartment is conveniently located — almost all the main attractions are within walking distance, which is perfect for exploring the city more deeply.
The kitchen is really practical and well equipped.
It would be even better if some basic condiments like oil and salt were available.
Overall, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant apartment — highly recommended!
At check-out time, I would just suggest that if it’s not certain whether the guest has already left, it would be better to knock before entering the room.
It would feel safer, especially for someone traveling alone.

Excellent place! In the heart of the Lion, everything is close to you. The apartment was very good equipped with luxury settings like hairdryer Dyson and skincare Clarins. We have un umbrella and included in the price car parking near. The final things we need. I’m pretty excited about that apartment and really recommend you.

For a place that came with parking it was well located. About 15-20 minutes to walk to Vieux Lyon and close to Hotel de Bille, a variety of restaurants and boulangerie. Close to metro stop. Frequent regular communication with a lot of detail. Although I needed Google Translate to work out what was being said. Storage for clothes.
The restaurant below can be noisy until 10:30pm. Instructions needed so you know the tv screen saver turns itself off after all the lights go out. It can be annoying to need codes to get through four doors to enter the apartment. Be prepared. One mug missing for hot drinks. The design had its faults with numerous light switches and the way the cupboards and shelves are set up.

Glamorous and moody
The location, quality facilities and good responsive host who was prompt and pro active. This is a most comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location, with transportation, restaurants etc. nearby. Clean with modern facilities and glamorously moody in interior design. Comfortable beds and good quality toiletries. Apartment was also quiet.
Whilst well equipped, the apartment is in a building with little natural light. The bathroom looks amazing but its design does make the shower area prone to being rather slippery when wet . All things to consider depending on your preference. More generosity with toilet paper and some dishwasher detergent with clearer instructions for accessing apartment would enhance experience.

We were there for 4 nights to visit Lyon and the surrounding areas.
The location was perfect, the room was exactly what we needed. Very clean and functional. Very modern. Really cool to walk into an old building and have a modern room. We walked everywhere from there. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Disappointing Stay Despite the Beautiful Room
We visited Lyon for a relaxing 3-day trip and chose this accommodation because of its sleek, minimal, and modern design. On that front, the property didn’t disappoint—the room looked just like the photos: clean, tidy, and well-styled.
Unfortunately, several issues during our stay impacted the overall experience and made it less enjoyable than we had hoped for from a 4-star property.
Firstly, accessing the accommodation upon arrival was more difficult than expected, even though we followed the instructions provided. While not a major issue, it started our stay on a slightly stressful note.
Shortly after settling in, we noticed that there was no toilet paper in the room. When we reached out to the property, we were surprised to be advised to purchase our own and that we would be reimbursed later. While that may seem minor, it didn’t align with the level of service we were expecting.
The biggest issue for us was the noise. On Saturday night, the sound from the bar directly beneath the accommodation was very loud, and it continued past midnight, making it difficult to sleep. The room's sound insulation, particularly from outside noise and even within the building, was not what we expected at this level.
We also experienced a persistent buzzing noise from one of the LED lights, which made it even harder to relax or get proper rest. While we did report it, the only response we received was that the issue would be passed on to management—without any follow-up or offer of support.
We requested a room change to improve our experience, but unfortunately, the property was fully booked and unable to accommodate this request.
While the space itself has great potential and is visually impressive, the overall service and comfort during our stay fell short of what we anticipated for a 4-star listing. With a few improvements in customer care and attention to detail, the experience could be much more aligned with the expectations that come with the price point and rating.

While this room had some good features, its quality to price ratio was too low.
The location was excellent. The room was adequately large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.
Most importantly, we almost ran out of toilet paper. There was less than half a roll when we arrived. When we got in touch with the management, they suggested that we go shopping to buy more toilet paper and then request reimbursement We were shocked that there was not an on-site manager who would normally have delivered more toilet paper as soon as possible. While the room was large enough, the only windows looked out on an airshaft in the middle of the building. The room was painted black, so with little natural light coming through the windows, the atmosphere was kind of depressing. On our first or second morning there, we were awakened about 7:30 am by construction work going on (drilling, sawing, etc.) just down that hallway. Finally, to gain access to our room from the entrance to the building required entering 4 numeric codes on 4 different locks, which was challenging.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con lo staff. Abbiamo acquistato delle lenzuola in più con rifacimento del letto del piccolo chiedendo espressamente se se ne potevano occupare, e ci hanno lasciato le lenzuola buttate li accampando delle scuse. Questo servizio é a pagamento e non a buon mercato.

Excellent emplacement et design, mais expérience perfectible
Le design de la chambre est magnifique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est central au Vieux Lyon. On a fait quasi tout à pieds et on s’est même pas inquiété pour le parking car c’était compris.
On a eu la malheur d’avoir tellement de problèmes dans la chambre. Les prises ne fonctionnaient pas, à part un seul côté trop loin de la chambre qu’on a découvert nous même. La douche était aussi bouchée et la manche de la télé avait un problème. Je tiens à quand même remercier le personnel qui ont cherché à nous aider à régler ces problèmes mais pour le titre « luxe », on s’attendait a beaucoup mieux et c’était une déception pour nous. On a également trouvé des cheveux sur le tapis de bain.

A localização é excelente e o estacionamento incluso é um ponto muito positivo em favor de quem está hospedado em Lyon e possui veículo.
O apartamento apesar de ter uma bonita decoração não é funcional e não tem boa acústica. Tem restaurantes logo abaixo que fazem muito barulho. Parece que esses restaurantes também se utilizam do hall de entrada e por ali transitam pessoas, depositam-se materiais, fatos que gera barulho e insegurança, pois a porta de entrada costuma ficar sempre aberta. Além do mais, o ambiente do apartamento é muito escuro e claustrofóbico, sem falar que havia obras no local e logo cedo os ruídos produzidos pelos operários tiravam a paz e o silêncio dos hóspedes.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lyon. Les instructions d’accès fournies sont très claires et le parking super pratique dans ce quartier. Le design et équipement intérieurs très modernes.

La chambre tout en noir ressemblait à une chambre mortuaire, une seule fenêtre donnant sur une cour entourée de 3 immeubles sales, même pas un coin de ciel, c'est triste de voir ça, depuis que l'on est sur booking c'est la seule fois où on a trouvé cette "suite de luxe", expression complètement imbécile

L'emplacement était parfait, au plein milieu de Lyon. Nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pieds. La chambre est très bien, le coté Luxe est présent. La chambre est silencieuse. La literie est top. Le parking inclut dans la chambre à 2 rues.
Il n'y a pas ou peu de lumière dans la chambre. Il a été nécessaire d'aller acheter gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette et capsules de café.

Foi complicado, porque o vídeo enviado está defasado, não é mais como consta no vídeo e ficamos ligados no vídeo e acabamos não percebendo que ali era somente para pegar o cartão de estacionamento, não estava claro isso, dessa forma levamos quase 2 horas para conseguir entrar.
