Location! Even if in busy street very quiet with windows shut!

Only 2 wine glasses! And a few coffee pods would gave been useful as well as 2 more pillows!

The box of small cleaning products that were on the bed; they also left detergent for the washer machine and soap for the dishes; coffee, tea, sugar; these small things are appreciated. The location was very good, it's a nice and a cozy apartment, it had the necessary things for the stay. The streaming platforms that are on the TV, were appreciated as well. The rooms had plenty storage for our stuff and even if the lift it's very small, it was good to have it, taking in count we were in the 4th floor.

First, it was a little bit confusing to find the keys, there was no yellow sticker on the lock with the name they provided, it said something else. After searching a bit, we had to call because we couldn't find it. After, we needed to find out how to open it. It's not that this process was "super difficult", but it was confusing and not clear enough. At the apartment, there was trash in the bin, it was half full, so they didn't clean it completely. We were thinking if we would have enough space to throw our trash. We would have appreciated more if they had: 1. Emptied the trash bin and provide extra plastic bags. 2. Include a trash bin in the bathroom and in the toilet, even if it's small. It's not so practical to go to the kitchen to throw something when you are in the bathroom. The windows are not sealed, so you can hear ALL the noise from the outside until 1 or 2am. We didn't have any option, so you have to get used to it, but it's a bit annoying. I would have liked more and bigger towels. They were small and just one per person.

good central location. Sizeable apartment.

cheaply renovated. The lock was difficult to open and only one key (when marketed as a six sleeping apartment). The pillows were terrible. There was no protector on the mattresses. The curtains were too small for the windows and did not keep out the light. It was very noisy as needed to have the windows open. The worst thing was the admin - I was chasing for a week until the morning of my stay for instructions on getting into the property. I was arriving on my own, late at night and so wanted to plan and could not. It took 4 messages and 2 phone calls to get the basic information.
