Prestige Apartment Lyon 2 6 guests - Place des Célestins

Het is een groot appartement met twee badkamers. In andere reviews lees ik dat de tweede badkamer niet meegeteld mag worden. Ik ben het daar niet mee eens. Het was ook zeer comfortabel en nieuw. We hadden een probleem met de wasmachine. Dat is snel geïnspecteerd. Het kon niet gemaakt worden. Gelukkig werkte het programma centrifugeren nog waardoor wassen met een handwas en daarna centrifugeren prima werkte. Hopelijk is er voor de aankomende gasten een nieuwe wasmachine geregeld. De knop op de voordeur maken zou ook handig zijn. De locatie van het appartement is ook fantastisch.

Very clean, Air-conditioning and fantastic location

The air conditioning. We were there during the heatwave and while the ac was only in the bedrooms, it did cool down the living area too. Washing machine was very handy with a hanging rack. Location was perfect to explore Lyon. Be warned, there is only one toilet, but we knew this before arriving, so we were prepared, if you read the reviews before booking, there should be no complaints!

The correspondence with the managing agents was appalling. They just wouldn't respond. They sent broken links, we were lucky I took screenshots so we could get in. The lack of the little things, like handwash in the bathrooms and kitchen to wash your hands (there were empty handwash dispensers - why have them there, empty??). .

The location was great!

The property was advertised as having 2 bathrooms. However, there was only 1 toilet. That should be made more clear in the description.
