Had trouble with getting a signal on my phone and I hadn't received the code but when I rang the help number they were great. Buzzed us in and sent me the code. After that there were no problems.

We had previously booked elsewhere in Lyon which turned out to be unsuitable, so we booked this accommodation at the last minute. It was easy to get in, communication was great and it was super quiet on a busy restaurant strip (I think was got a rear apartment) Even though it was a heatwave it was cool and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was GREAT.
It was all fantastic. It would be good if there was a washing machine (if you want to do washing on your holidays) and perhaps a few coat hangers

au 1er étage au dessus d'un bar. Très bien pour des touristes qui ne prévoient pas de dormir avant minuit minimum.
