Emplacement parfait pour tout visiter. Appartement très bien équipé proche de toutes les commandités. Quartier très vivant mais appartement calme. Petite vue sur les toits et la Fourvière au loin. Très bonne communication avec la conciergerie. Au dernier étage d’un petit immeuble ancien (bel escalier intérieur), accessible par un ascenseur.
Système de climatisation/chauffage un peu bruyant. Gérable avec des obturateurs sonores.

L’emplacement et le charme du lieu.
La propreté moyenne (l’aspirateur mal passé) Le service de conciergerie pourrait être meilleur : nous avons dû les contacter à plusieurs reprises pour avoir les infos pour récupérer les clefs et lorsque nous avons demandé un passage supplémentaire de la femme de ménage, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse.
