Cet appartement est idéalement situé, la propreté, impeccable, décoré avec goût. Il est idéal pour quatre personnes.
L’escalier est mal éclairé pour accéder au deuxième étage où se trouve l’appartement.
Il faut préciser que les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre.

Very central and great location. Step outside the door and you're right in the middle of everything.
The apartment is quiet, given the circumstances – but that's also because it only has windows facing the courtyard.
Nevertheless, at least when the weather is nice, it's always bright enough, and the paintwork in the courtyard creates a lovely warm indirect light.
The apartment definitely needs more care and a general overhaul. The windows hadn't been cleaned for months and there was dust everywhere. The kitchen is no longer fully equipped, there were boxes of junk on the refrigerator and the chair covers were worn out.
