About this apartment rental
This cosy flat is located in a lively, animated neighbourhood full of character and energy. While the vibrant surroundings bring a lot of excitement and fun, please note that the animated world outside can get a bit noisy at times.
The spacious living room (25m2) combines traditional and modern styles. Naturally very bright, with wonderful period features (wood floors, black marble mantlepiece, etc.), it has quintessential Lyonnais charm and style.
The first bedroom (14m2) has a beautiful wooden floor, a queen-size bed, and Asian-inspired furnishings. Located far from the street, it is peaceful and calm.
The second bedroom has a comfortable two-person sofa-bed. It can accommodate one or two adults, but works particularly well for families with children or babies.
The kitchen is small but well-equipped, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and a large fridge-freezer.
The bathroom has a shower, a small bath, ideal for babies and young children, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The neighborhood is very dynamic with lots of bars and restaurants but that does mean it can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekend.
From the airport, the easiest thing to do is to take the Rhone Express to Vaulx-en-Velin and then take the Métro to Hôtel de Ville. If you are arriving from Part Dieu, the easiest thing is to take the C3 bus to Hôtel de Ville. From Perrache, take the Métro directly to Hôtel de Ville.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

The apartment was in a terrific location for exploring the city. It was charming and bright. The bathroom and kitchen were small and dark though and the kitchen sink drained into a bucket which we discovered when it over flowed. The check in process was arduous as mentioned In other posts with a key pickup a number of blocks away.

Our stay here was AMAZING. The location is absolutely perfect, the decor is beautiful and you have everything you would need during your stay. The host was also very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our check out requests. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Lyon!

Lovely, spacious apartment in the centre of Lyon. Ideally located for pretty much everything the city has to offer. The only downside would be it's ideal location, resulting in it being a bit too noisy on a hot summers' night. Probably perfect for a younger group who want to experience the very active nightlife.
