1. The kitchen kettle and plates were dirty 2. The 3rd room above the kitchen is too tiny 3. The second room is attached to the laundry room 4. There was no aircon so it was very warm.

Wonderful stay in the middle of Lyon

We were very happy with our accommodation and had a great stay. The key delivery worked great and the landlord reacted super fast after a short misunderstanding and helped us out. The apartment is really exceptional and beautiful in design, the location is fantastic in the middle of many great restaurants and stores, a supermarket is just around the corner and important sights just a stone's throw away. We would definitely rent the accommodation again on a next stay.

Not as advertised: overheated, 2 tiny bedrooms, noisy

Rapid communication with owner, fun décor, convenient location.

1. Listing mentions air conditioning and patio, neither of which exist. As a consequence, apartment was 30/86 degrees during the first night of our stay. 2. Next-door neighbors partied with their front door open past 3 a.m. on the second night, keeping everyone awake. 3. Kitchen is poorly equipped for a group of 6. There were not enough utensils to serve a single meal. 4. Photos do not reflect the reality of the unit. Bedrooms are extremely uneven in quality. 2nd "bedroom" is a laundry room/closet with a bed that's separated by a curtain. 3rd "bedroom" has no door, no space for anything but a bed, and is located **up a ladder** on top of the kitchen, rendering the refrigerator mostly inaccessible. See photos for explanation. 5. Bad smells and noise come from the central courtyard

Excellent stay , highly recommend this apartment

This is a wonderful apartment , very clean and homely . It is allocated in a great location within walking distance of the old and new side of the city and Lyon is certainly a brilliant city with a beautiful cathedral lovely bars and restaurants . I had really good communication with the hosts , we arrived early and was greeted by Nino who was preparing the apartment she couldn't have been more helpful she assisted us with the wifi and coffee machine etc . I would defiantly would like to return to Lyon and would not hesitate to stay in this apartment . I highly recommend this apartment .
