De locatie is voortreffelijk op een mooie plek in een erg leuke wijk. Alles is op loopafstand te vinden. De woonruimte is groot, hoog en mooi. De slaapvertrekken waren laag, ik wist dat ik er niet kon staan, maar het was toch ruim genoeg om me makkelijk te kunnen aankleden. Keuken is ruim en op een en paar aspecten na goed voorzien. De ambience is in totaal erg prettig.
Het was niet vies, maar zeker niet superschoon. In de badkamer is een kastje kapot, en de wasbak liep niet goed door. Daar heb ik zelf wat aan gedaan, maar dat hielp maar beperkt.
In de keuken ontbrak een goede vaatdoek en we misten ook een kom voor sla.

Une forte odeur d’urine dans les toilettes, le ménage laissant à désirer, une baignoire balneo qui ne peut être remplie qu’une seule fois (plus d’eau chaude ensuite), la hauteur des plafonds dans les chambres.

It was very charming and the double height ceiling in the lounge was a good feature. Beds were very comfortable.
The fact that both bedrooms were not full height ceilings and you bumped your head on the low beams. Also the ladder up to the bedrooms was not very sturdy and very unsuitable for very young children or the elderly. Neither fact was mentioned in the information so you need to describe this more clearly.

Un po' decentrato ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva a Place des terraux.
