Great location

Excellent location for seeing sights, restaurants etc. Though I note previous reviews, it was very clean for us. I went with a friend, just 2 of us. So we had a room each although one was not fully enclosed. Staff gave helpful recommendations on things to do and on this occasion we were able to arrange to drop a small amount of stuff off(but there are left luggage options around town too). Liked being in an old building, as the part of town. Even though only 2 of us, due to location I think value for money was great, possibly because Lyon seems to be underrated as a tourist destination for reasons I do not understand. Food, attractions, condition, history, safety all wonderful.

Clarity about deposit arrangements before booking. Though it went ok in the end, it took Swikly 2 weeks from departure to confirm there were no issues. But the platform itself seemed clear and easy to use. Updated bedding would have pushed score to a 9.

Nice location, poor facilities

location is close to the city centre

Very old staircase, poor sanitation of bed and linen. The white pillow is has yellow spots, which is apparently not washed well. The toilet is too small. The shower turns cold in the middle. The heater is not hot. There is not even hand soap but only small soap pacs for use. Poor facilities.

Host was very welcoming and made som great recommendations. Self check in and out convenient. The area is fabulous for food and just a short walk from the cathedrale and traboules. Excellent value for money.

We were 3 adults and hadn't quite appreciated how small the property is. But the location and value for money made up for this.

I liked the location, just a block away from the Saone River and a short walk to Old Lyon square and Cathedral.

No parking available. Huge problem finding where to park. Stairs were steep. Dangerous with luggage.

Amazing central location.

Very very small inside. With more than two adults it would be hard to move around. if the couch is pulled out it would block the exit. Very hot, only one window with little ventilation.

Fantastic little spot that was great for the one night we spent in Lyon

The location was fantastic. Laurent’s response time made it very easy to navigate through the city if we had any questions. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Overall a good experience

Double bed seemed to be caving in. The apartment was very small, but we did expect this. The toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Lyon apartment

The contact person was more than helpful whenever we asked a question including giving helpful suggestions for sightseeing and local restaurants. Also organised us some washing powder on short notice. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was fantastic!

The apartment was smaller than expected especially the tiny "cupboard" toilet. The stairs to the apartment are winding,old and narrow so getting suitcases up there is tricky.

Sale Drap pas changés ( j’ai eu un gîte et des chambres d’hôtes donc je sais très bien quand la literie est changée ou non ) Capsules de cafés utilisées encore dans le réservoir Problème d’accès et propriétaire injoignable merci Booking d’avoir répondu à notre appel Toiles d’araignées au plafond et pas une seule Table pour manger sale Mûr délabrés dans la chambre Pas aux normes où sont les détecteurs de fumées et de CO2 ???? posé sur la TV sans piles 😡 pas d’intérêt Porte de la salle de bain qui ferme plus que mal Support pour le pommeau de douche cassé 😡 Poubelle sale Enfin bref une catastrophe En tant que propriétaire j’aurai honte de louer un appartement dans un état pareil Changez de femme de ménage c’est inadmissible

Logement très bien placé.

Le logement était sale, très mal équipé. Douche et toilettes trop petits, les draps pas propres (tachés). Des prises arrachées. Un radiateur et des murs sales. Des lits inconfortables. Un logement pas isolé ni climatisé. A éviter en cas de forte chaleur.

El apartamento estaba sucio, con manchas en el sofá, las sábanas estaban guardadas sin ni siquiera doblar, el colchón y sábanas olían mal, suelo lleno de pelusas. Poca atención por parte del anfitrión. Tuvimos un problema al llegar y tardó horas en contestar.

Charmant petit appart lyonnais

Petit appart, mini part la taille mais les espaces sont bien consu. Salle de bain fonctionnelle malgré de très petits espaces ( comme de partout dans le vieux Lyon) Nous avons passé un très bon moment entre amis. Parfait pour un petit weekend Lyonnais.

Cabine de douche et WC trop petit pour les personnes corpulente. Literie un peu fatiguée.

Les difficultés à ventiler. Impossibilité de laisser ouvertes les fenêtres (en notre absence du fait de l'absence de volets extérieurs ou en notre présence du fait de l'absence de rideaux et du proche vis à vis. Sensation d'oppression avec l'exigüité qui s'ajoute à ce problème.

Logement très bien situé dans le vieux lyon et proche des transports en commun. Le logement suffit pour quelques nuitées.

La literie reste à revoir, les couettes sont tachées. Pas de draps deux places pour le couchage sur le canapé. Les toilettes beaucoup trop petites pour des grandes jambes.
