Nice roomy place in Lyon

This place was exceptional roomy.and clean. Be greeted with pleasant landlord. The place has convenient location with grocery at downstair. Plenty of kitchenette and amenities for us to cook.

Its underground parking spot was quite narrow that required good driving skill.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment.

The apartment was very spacious (for a family of 4) and well equipped at a nice location. Bea gave us a warm welcome. Together with the parking spot very good value for money.

It was sometimes a little bit noisy due to traffic outside, but in our opinion not too much, and did not really disturb us.

The owners are very nice and communicative. Very big apartment with balconies. It is near the central train station and there are shutters, which is very comfortable.

The apartment was not clean, the sheets had terrible smell and there were lots of dust in the closets and the floor, some of the lamps were burnt (in the kitchen, bedroom, bath). It was not written on Booking.com that you need to pay in cash deposit of 200 euro and also city taxes. In addition, rules of the apartment were a little bit exaggerated, for example: at the end we had to take the sheets off, etc., which is already covered in the cleaning fee. We wish the owners all the best and think the apartment has a huge potential.

Ideale Wohnung für einen Städtetripp nach Lyon

Sehr gute Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung, Tram und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr grosse Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Riesige Terrasse mit Sonne am Morgen und am Abend, mitten in Lyon.

Evtl. muss die Wohnung einmal etwas renoviert werden, einige sanitäre Ausstattungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Moderne, toll geschnittene, große Wohnung in toller Lage! Meine Familie und ich waren zum ersten mal in Lyon. Vieles war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Für unsere Familie war die Wohnung sehr passend.

Leider haben Sitzflächen der Stühle und Hocker gefehlt. Im Waschraum konnte der Wäschetrockner leider nicht genutzt werden, da die Tür gefehlt hat.

Heerlijk verblijf in verrassend Lyon

Het appartement zelf is erg ruim met aan twee zijdes een groot balkon met uitzicht op de straat. Daarnaast is het fijn dat je je auto onder het gebouw kan parkeren. Ook de ligging is perfect, op loopafstand van zowel het oude historisch als het nieuwe centrum. Daarnaast werden we erg hartelijk ontvangen door Bea, zij zorgde ervoor dat we een erg prettig verblijf hebben gehad in Lyon….de perfecte host!

Het was wel warm, maar met de ventilatoren goed te doen.

Acollida i estada impecables.

Pis molt pulcre i agradable per passar-hi el cap de setmana. La localització és perfecta: metro i tram just davant del pis. La comunicació amb la Beatriz ha estat excel·lent. Tots els serveis just al costat de casa.

L’opció del lloguer del pàrquing s’hauria de poder pagar via l’aplicació, en lloc de metàl·lic. L’aïllament : tot i estar al 6è pis, el soroll del carrer es sentia des de les habitacions; però hem pogut dormir sense cap problema.

Dommage ... l'accueil était pourtant sympathique !

L'accueil de Beatriz a été très agréable et convivial. Nous avons aussi apprécié ses conseils puis sa confiance pour le contexte de départ.

Le quartier est très bruyant ! L'appartement ne disposant pas de climatisation, nous déconseillons donc la location en saison chaude. Il faudrait aussi prévoir ce qui manque : lumière évier à la salle de bain et à la cuisine, petite serviette de toilette pour le visage, chaise de la terrasse à stabiliser, remplacer le tapis du hall car un rebord remonte avec le risque de se prendre les pieds dedans. Nous avons dormi dans les 2 chambres et le canapé du salon sachant que ce dernier est peu confortable. Bref un peu de confort supplémentaire ne nuirait pas. Le prix est donc élevé voire cher même si la superficie est appréciable.
