Perfect location!

The apartment is located right in the center of Lyon, 2 min away from the metro station. All you need is in walking distance - shopping, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery etc. We were 6 people and the size of the apartment was perfect for us! Big dining table and spacios living room. And the building itself was very interesting too.

Very spacious apartment, great living room and kitchen in a spectacular location to move around

location was perfect, we are able to move fast for Old Town as well as in the peninsula/New Town and public transportations. Living room was very good. Kitchen also big. it was great to have an extra bed on the living room (using sofa; you can put 2 extra people there). Also there is a CityLocker right in front, which is a great add-on!

The toilet space was quite small. On saturday the kids on upper floor only stopped noise ate around 23h30 which didn't gave us the best silence to fall asleep. Tv channels didn't work (it was an amazon set-top-box that after starting the channels a few minutes later freezed). Also the both baths were not super clean (i.e. the bathtub had sand..!, that we had to wash away when the first person went to have a bath).

Perfect location, beautiful, large and clean.

Great location with very helpful staff. The apartment was clean, comfortable, equipped for long stay and it also looked great. WiFi was also great!

Air-conditioner wasn't working so apartment was stuffy, the stove was not user friendly- unsure if it worked as we couldn't work it out but also didn't contact host to ask for help. The steps to get upto the apartment were unsafe especially for older people like my parents.

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT! The apartment IS NOT LOCATED AT 22 Rue Ferrandiere and the outside picture posted is not of the building where the apartment is. It actually is on another street around the corner. The TV did not work for our entire 6 day stay and we were conveniently lied about the reason for this (“previous guests left with the remote yesterday”). The issue hasn’t been fixed in 6 days and we doubt that any attempt was actually made. The kitchen hood and half the kitchen lights were not working either. Again, nothing was done to remedy the situation (instead we were asked if “we pressed the right button”). The iron for ironing is leaking water right on the power cord. Obviously, we didn’t dare plug it into a power outlet. A/C is only one device at the very end of the apartment. No cold air will ever reach the large living room on the other side or even the kitchen. Toilet ceiling fan works about 20% of the time. Building stairs to get to the apartment door are not for old or big people (very small and steep, a true challenge if you have luggage, a handicap, or small kids). Pierre, who met us for the check in, rushed through everything, trying to get off without providing any answers. Second day after check in he blocked us on the messaging system, effectively leaving us unable to contact him. To sum up, THIS APARTMENT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ANY AND ALL SITES WHERE IT IS ADVERTISED due to multiple lies, problems, and mismanagement associated. Completely unprofessional, lie after lie, blocked communication, and lots of problems. Definitely not worth it!

Il n’y a pas vraiment d’insonorisation car les murs ne montent pas jusqu’au plafond. Il s’agit d’un appartement de tourisme pas très bien entretenu.

Posizione eccellente, ma occhio alla cauzione e alla pulizia.

La casa è in una zona centralissima, molto molto comoda. La casa di trova su delle scale vecchie e rovinate, non devi avere problemi fisici x poter arrivare al l’appartamento Il salotto è veramente grande, comodo e ben tenuto! La pulizia in generale non era eccellente. Abbiamo anche avuto delle lenzuola sporche che non ci hanno cambiato per non parlate della polvere. Le camere da letto sono divise da muri che non arrivano al soffitto, praticamente è come dormire tutti insieme. C’è un solo wc che chiaramente crea disagio se inizi ad essere più di 3 persone. Inoltre, c’è stato chiesto 1500€ di cauzione, decisamente eccessivo.

Tres bon emplacement, appartement spacieux. Kits bienvenue sympas.

Acces par escalier ancien difficile et dangereux. Adresse pas celle donnée, acces par la rue de derriere. Chasse d'eau deffecteuse. Portes coulissantes pas pratiques, acces aux toilettes pas independant. Chambres pas intimes car parois ne vont pas jusqu'aux plafonds.. Bagnoire pas etanche sur les bords.

C’est super je le recommande vivement

J’ai tout aimé , l’appartement est super équipé, le personnel est à l’écoute, on me répond à la minute même pour mes messages. C’est vraiment au cœur de Lyon et c’est agréable.

Il faut prévoir un budget pour le parking , et aussi savoir qu’il faut attendre 2-3 semaines pour vous rembourser 1500 euros pris comme garantie.
