A good base for a long weekend in Lyon

Good location, spacious lounge/dining/kitchen and bathroom. Lots of lights and windows to open. Only downside was it was on the second floor (so carrying luggage up 2.5 flights); and the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds was extremely small , with nowhere to store or hang anything so that made it frustrating for 3 days. Otherwise, it was a great apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend 👏

Very good

We were three friends and found the unit very comfortable. It is close to the old historic centre. Close to a major train/bus/tram station. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We caught the tram from the main train station without any difficulty. There is a commercial laundromat downstairs, which we used as we had been travelling for a while.

There are stairs but we didn't find them a problem.

Perfect stay in Lyon for a little group of people

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in Lyon. It is very close to supermarkets, amazing restaurants and one of the train/ bus stations in Lyon from where you can easily take a day trip to Annecy.

We had a bit of trouble with opening the door, the locks are a bit old and you need to first pull the door and then rotate the key so that it opens. The owner was very polite, helpful and easily reachable over the phone and she helped us with this!

It was roomy, clean and light.

I did not like the 58 steps to the front door. It was difficult to open the door There were no instruction on leaving. I had to contact Julie to find out what to do with the key There was no aircon and it was uncomfortably hot in the apartment

Should we go back to Lyon, we would stay there again

Feel at home in a very well served area of the city. Not in the center but very near, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants, an immersion in the modern spirit of the city. All amenities were provided and made our stay comfortable, pleasant and memorable.

Quick family trip to Lyon

It was clean and functional. About 25 min walk to old town and shopping district. Perfect for a quick stay and street parking was available close by even if Lyon rates are pretty high.

Bathroom door lock was broken upon arrival (notified landlord) but everything else was functional. We were five persons but only given 4 towels and no linens for the sofa bed. Luckily I brought an extra sheet and blanket for my son. Would have preferred the $60 cleaning fee just be included automatically. Not sure how I feel about previous tenants having the option to clean the place themselves.

Nice little apartment in a great location Lyon is a lot of fun.

Quite a few stairs, second bedroom very small, but importantly the ventilation of the unit is poor. The heat in the apartment is higher than outside.

Your website should make it more clear that unless one cleans the apartment oneself, there is a 60 euro cleaning fee. While this is mentioned in "small print" on the Booking.com website it is easy to overlook and is not mentioned in the actual contract summary received when confirming the reservation. We were surprised to receive a call from the owner while in the car on route to the apartment asking whether we wanted to clean the apartment ourselves or pay a 60 euro cleaning fee.

Appartement très bien placé et confortable

Appartement tout à fait charmant et adapté pour une famille. Excellent emplacement à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la place Bellecour. Beaucoup de commerces dans la rue qui permettent de faire facilement ses courses, de très bons restaurants à proximité.

J'ai été quand même extrêmement surprise qu'on me demande 60€ supplémentaires pour le ménage ou de le faire moi-même avant de partir (dans le message pour récupérer les clés, le jour-même). Je suis cliente depuis de nombreuses années sur Booking, et c'est inédit pour moi ! J'ai quand même repris la page de Booking en rentrant chez moi, et je ne vois pas où est indiquée cette précision. Il semblerait nécessaire de la rendre plus visible, le prix étant tout de même déjà conséquent.

Court séjour agréable

L'emplacement est idéal pour nous. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. C'est la 2ème fois que nous réservons cette location et nous en sommes très satisfaits. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le relouer lors d'un prochain séjour à Lyon.

Le seul bémol serait le miroir trop près du lavabo. Sinon tout est très bien pensé.

Appart idéal pour un court séjour professionnel, compatible avec collocation entre collègues

Emplacement, charme du quartier et proximité d'un Super U et de plusieurs restaurants de style et niveaux variés. L'appartement et lumineux, globalement bien équipé et la literie confortable. Cuisine équipée de façon sommaire mais suffisante pour un court séjour. La pièce a vivre est spacieuse.

Celui qui dort dans le séjour a subi les bruits de cage d'escalier - bruits inévitables et aléatoires. L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme mais l'étanchéité des fenêtres pourrait être améliorée. Problème signalé au propriétaire qui prendra en compte dès que possible : le loquet SdB ne ferme pas. A régler pour plus de confort.
