Great value, really clean
Very clean, great location. Good clothes dryer.
Pillows in bedroom are very poor - the washing machine wouldn’t spin the clothes dry…

Disappointing
The apartment was clean.
I'm disappointed because this was not what I thought I was booking. I was looking for an apartment with concierge service. This is more like an Air BnB. You will be staying at someone's private residence. If you ask after you arrive, they will give you the name of the resident so you can actually use the buzzer to get in (or you can try to deduce it by looking at the mailboxes like we did).
Getting the keys for the apartment was incredibly complicated and frustrating: you have to look for a bike parking down the street, find the correct lock box (there are several), figure out how to use it and type in the code to get the key yourself. No one greets you, but for some reason, they charge a late fee for registration, so I would recommend just telling them you are coming at a regular time.
There is one ONE set of keys provided you will have to coordinate who has to get home first to let the others in with the buzzer. The hallways are very dark and you have to turn the light on, which is eco-friendly, but creepy.
We were 3 people staying for 6 days and we were only provided with 2 toilet paper rolls. We were told we had to get our own amenities. There is a laundry machine, but no laundry detergent. There was some shampoo that we used as body wash as well. No toothpaste provided.
When we arrived the internet wasn't working. We had to get on floor and look behind the TV console to plug it and reload it ourselves because it had been disconnected.
There is no air conditioning, so I don't recommend staying there in the summer as it got incredibly hot. It was impossible to open the windows since the building is south facing and the air outside was hotter than inside the apartment (until the apartment heated up). We closed the shutters and stayed in the dark to be cool.
Also, be aware they charge a $500 security deposit ON TOP of the fee they take for your stay. They remove the money 1 week before you arrive and return it 1 week after you leave.

The apartment is spacious, quiet and conventient to subwaya and tram lines.
It was convenient to both the tram and subway lines. The area was comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. The living room was well appointed.
The beds were a bit firm for my taste. Finding the lock box was challenging, especially when coming from the airport after an overnight flight. It took a while to get in touch with the hosts to actually find the lock box and get the correct code.

Spotless new apartment with two double bedrooms, nice spacious kitchen and living area, good bathroom and laundry, very nicely done and well equipped. Secure entry and parking.
No issues, maybe a couple more pictures on the wall in the second bedroom would
make it more homely but not important.

Trop chaud pour l’été. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine : poêle, saladier, tire bouchon et grille pain. La porte pour le détergent du lave vaisselle était défectueuse. Une chaise est à changer.

Ne pas choisir pour déplacement pro. Incapables de produire une facture.
Je pensais avoir réservé un logement de type Appart'Hôtel et pas un AirBnB qui produit de la spéculation immobilière, fait grimper les prix et chasse les locaux. Mais ça, à la limite, c'est de ma faute.
Tout dans l'appartement fait preuve d'un manque de professionnalisme de la part des propriétaires et montre qu'il n'y a ici qu'une volonté de valoriser un investissement et vivre de la rente. Tout l'accueil et l'ammeublement sont à minima : les meubles de mauvaise qualité et mal montés, la litterie si fine qu'on sent les lattes en dessous et les lattes elles-mêmes, cassées, es capsules de café au nombre de 3 pour 4 nuits et 2 personnes… L'appartement avait visiblement subi un dégât des eaux quelques temps auparavant. Les travaux de rénovation ont visiblement été faits au plus vite et au plus visible aussi et les emballages de l'électroménagé qui a été changé avait été laissé sur place…
Et surtout : les propriétaires, bien que laissant cette appartement en location pour des déplacements professionnels sont absolument incapables de produire une facture en bonne et dûe forme comme devrait savoir le faire n'importe quelle société.
Si vous choisissez ce logement, c'est à vos risques mais sachez que vous ne pourrez pas vous faire remboursez par votre entreprise si vous voyager pour le travail…

Il y avait une odeur de remonté d'égout persistante ... heureusement séjour court donc nous avons fait avec.
