I was using Lyon as a base for day trips by train, so the proximity to Gare de Part-Dieu was great.
The very steep "ladder" leading to the bed. I'm in my 60s so found this a bit challenging.

Superb
The location is 10/10, right next to the train station, and quite a few bus and tram connection that takes you to the center of Lyon.
Super friendly host, waited for us and handed in the keys in person.
The apartment itself is also lovely, with a well equipped kitchen.
One only thing to notice is that there is no Air-conditioning. Did not bother us too much, since during our stay the highest temperature was 30-32 degrees, but definitely something to take into consideration for bookings in summer season.

Good location, but very low ceilings.
Kind host, clean and well equiped. The location is at walking distance from the train station. The internet worked well and there was a table that could be used for working.
The ceilings are very low, if you are taller than 1.70m you will hit your head. The shower was not really usable as it is not possible to stand under it. It was also hard to find the key if you don't understand French.

This apartment is divided to 2, within its height!
The 1st floor ceiling is less than 1.9 meters high. So I bangged my head every time I stood up. 2nd floor is even shorter.
The smell in it feels like sewer, and the only opening to ventilate is leaving the door open. But then the insects are joining you.
The bath had a broken and dirty soap dispenser and the towels were stained with women's makeup.
There were only 2 towels for 4 people.
After addressing the host we got no response, it was more of a "take it or leave" kind of situation so we decided to leave.
We left the property the next morning to another hotel, since it was too late to do so at night.
Staircase width and stairs size is not for normal people.
No air conditioning. But the description doesn't says it has. So this is my bad.

Cosy, easy location, well equipped but boost the hot water in advance if you'd like a bath!
Nice and cosy upon arrival Great location, easy to find and get around. The rental company were very helpful. Well equipped kitchenette.
There wasn't enough hot water to have a bath which was frustrating and cleanliness was good but not great.

-good location, supermarket on 300m, good restaurants on maybe a 10 min walk

I don’t think people should complain about the height of the bedroom/bathroom (in 2020) because thats all stated in the previous reviews. So I think it’s your own responsibility if you book a apartment without looking at the reviews/read the reviews and still decide to book.
The only thing we can “complain” about is that the apartment was that it wasn’t very clean. At first sight it looked clean, but after a while we noticed lot of dust and we had to clean the bathtub.

Disappointing stay
I booked one night stay. Clearly visible list price for the apartment was €65. I choose the place basing on that price. I didn't see that there was a cleaning and service fee in total amount of €40, as was not obviously displayed (faded below list price in light gray color). So, that was mistake booking as I realized the total after my card was charged. I contacted property and booking.com immediately 5-10 minutes later and asked to cancel and make full refund. However, property representative have declined my request due to their "policy". I have to say that such petty and miserable "policy" lead to unhappy and disappointed customers even before check-in and poor feedback accordingly.

Non è che na casa ma un negozio adibito a casa.
Non ci sono finestre
Vivi in un negozio su strada con tutti i rumori del caso, con gente che si sofferma a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte davanti alla vetrina (casa)
Il letto è un materasso mollissimo per terra in un soppalco dove non stai nemmeno in ginocchio
La porta di casa è il plastica, entri con una spallata e con orgoglio mi hanno detto che era sicura!
La casa sembrava pulita ma era tutto unto e sporco dai piatti alle posate al porta spazzolino in bagno, hai capelli sul copri materasso
Abbiamo perso un gioiello il giorno della partenza ma nessuno l’ha mai trovato…

La proximité de la gare Pardieu., 10 min a pied avec les valises.
La proximité avec un bon restaurant TABLE & PARTAGE
L'équipement de l'appartement était correct et surtout les lits séparés à l'étage.
La présence de la machine à laver nous a été trés utile.
La mise à disposition d'un ventilateur est une heureuse initiative.
L'accès à la boite à clés, la concierge n'était pas disponible pour l'accés, fort heuresement le propriétaire nous a put nous aider à accéder à la chambre.
Il manque un étendoir ou un sèche linge.
Si vous mesurez plus de 1.70m ce logement n'est pas pour vous, les plafonds sont tres bas notamment dans les WC la salle de bain et sous la mezzanine et au niveau des chambres à l'étage.
Si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise dans les escaliers, celui qui mène aux chambres ne va pas vous plaire.
Enfin, la proximité des poubelles du restaurant népalais, peu ne pas vous convenir.

Appartement plus que moyen niveau hygiène.
Lavabo sale, robinetterie pleine de calcaire et pas nettoyé à mon arrivée avec les traces de fond de teint et traces rondes qui correspondent à un verre ou bouteille. Le carrelage de la salle de bain cassé et infiltré d'eau au manque de se casser la figure, l'intérieur de la douche myteuse au risque de choper des mycoses aux pieds, ne regardé surtout les détails sous le lavabo vous auriez des nausées.Il y avait un livre d'or déjà très sale posé sur la table, ça vous donne déjà une idée de la propreté des lieux,j'ai lu les commentaires plus que médiocres concernant cet appartement et visiblement les commentaires étaient les mêmes et pas améliorés depuis 2018, quelle honte.On dort sur une messanine avec une très petite hauteur sous plafond et on dort à même le matelas par terre vous vous levez en 4 complètement cassé,une chaleur étouffante malgré le ventilateur.On vois cela plus comme un squat amélioré. Le radiateur qui est blanc de base était noir cramé. Les matins sont extrêmement bruyants, pisse devant la porte au petit matin,un autre matin une trottinette électrique posée sur la porte, un soir une cuillère en bois sur le seuil de la marche d'entrée....bref une catastrophe cet appartement ou des travaux devraient être refaits et le nettoyage est survolé, faut pas regarder de près.Dans un si petit appartement même la poignée de l'élément de cuisine manquante n'a même pas été remise en place.
Mis à part l'accueil à distance pour la prise en charge des clés qui était très bien,pour le reste franchement j'aurai préféré dormir à l'hôtel, au moins l'hygiène et la propreté est bien plus poussée

La cama era un colchón en el suelo en un altillo al que se accedía por una escalera estrecha y empinada. La altura del techo era de aproximadamente 1,3 metros. Yo mido 1,88 m. Tuve que arrastrarme para acceder al colchón o salir de él. Somos una pareja de 70 años y mientras en forma, luchó con esto. Era especialmente inseguro si necesitabas levantarte en mitad de la noche.
En la descripción debería destacarse claramente que no es adecuado para algunas personas.

La situation de ce studio est idéale pour se balader à pied dans Lyon (2mn à pied des transports ,commerces et restaurant).

Le studio est petit ,très propre ,aéré et dans une rue calme .
Il faut être agile pour monter à la mezzanine (escalier raide) et hauteur de plafond basse mais très bon couchage
