Poor value for money

The location was close enough to the gare to make it a convenient base to explore the city for the weekend.

-There was a camera in the entry room to the apartment, that was not announced. This is not permitted under European law. - The shower didn't drain properly, kept flooding. - The apartment has been converted into two small studios with a low quality renovation, so the plumbing was built above the floor on a higher level (kitchen and bathroom) and it creaks, feels cheap and unattractive. - Some of the towels were stained. In general, the decor felt tacky and random things were left in the studios. - Ultimately, it was not good value for the price at all. - The 200 euro deposit is unreasonable and a poor practice for booking.com properties.

Great little place to rest if out exploring the city all day.

Great little studio close to the main station - so easy to walk with luggage, yet the room felt safe and relaxing. Everything I needed was close by and the buses and metro made it easy to get to the old city. I left my luggage at the station at a storage facility until I could check in. The host was helpful too, which I appreciated.

Perhaps plan your visit around check in time as it's not possible to leave your bags at the accom.

Generally good!

Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Nice and easy to ask for information. The room was clean and comfortable. The location close to the train for easy access.

The room seemed small then in the photographs. The shower was a bit weird and adjustable which made the entire toilet wet after each shower. The decoration seem a bit tacky and some areas of the room a bit old and cluttered. Nothing too major and worth a complaint, but expensive for the price.

Clean studio, with good view with all facilities. The owner was welcoming and nice.

not to clean, the decoration was very tacky, and smelled bad. Had to keep the windows open. The host was very rude and only spoke French and very fast, not even trying to be understood.

Only a few minutes away from the station Lyon Part Dieu.

Waiting 55 min for the owner to arrive and receiving my key and check in, although I have confirmed twice my arrival time. The appartement needs a deep clean up, everything you touch is sticky. Starting the shower is difficult. One fireplace at the kitchen does not work.The lift works only with a code, even going down needs a code, this is a lack of security, what in case of any emergency, except fire of course. All in one: To expensive for this kind of quality and facility.

The location is good, close to the train station. The host response to to text message in time. The room is very small yet is relatively well equipped.

About 20 days before my arrival, I informed the host that my train will arrive a few minutes after 10 pm. The host replied " No problem I understand ". He did not remind me that I need to pay extra 35 euros. I don't like this omission! Otherwise I may consider booking other accommodation.

Disappointing

Survivable.

There were too many little things that all added up to making my stay here less than pleasant. One micro chair as comfortable as sitting on a baseball bat. Entry involved negotiating four different locks, one of them tough, taking me once like five minutes to get the door unlocked to get out. The elevator wasn't working for part of my trip, so that was six flights up or down each time. The showerhead had no place to hang up. There was no privacy curtain so everybody across the street can watch you sleep or naked, etc. The only table was no more than a TV table attached to a wall. The list goes on and on, but this place would have been a fair deal at about half the price.

The rude attitude of the realtor really surprised me. I rented an apartment for myself alone, and the realtor told me several times in plain text that prostitutes usually live in these apartments and he installed a camera. the realtor pointed out to me several times that I had come to “work”, to be honest, I was shocked by this situation. after check out, he asked if everything was in order, I pointed to a poorly working Internet, to which he said that this could not be. this is the customer service.

Comfortable studio near to train station

The room is compact, but has everything you need including a good sized kitchen area for a studio. Good location very near the train station.

The bed has a noticable lean that needs fixing - your left foot is higher than your right shoulder.

Host was friendly, plenty of homely touches in the room. Pantry was semi-stocked.

The room lacked the absolute basics that you expect. It was clearly one studio flat which had been divided into two "studios" by someone with questionable handiwork skills. The new walls dividing the two "studios" felt like your hand would go through them if you touched them too hard. The door to the room wasn't much better. Half the room had a raised floor to accommodate the extra plumbing required when adding a second bathroom. This second floor creaked and groaned with each step, and I can only assume the person in the other room could hear because we could certainly hear him through the paper-thin walls. There are so many issues with this room, I'm just going to start listing them. The blinds wouldn't close. There is a water boiler in a cupboard in the room. No shampoo or toiletries were provided. The room has no smoke alarms. You need to unlock two doors (with keys) to exit the room, which would be deadly in a fire. The shower sprays water all over the bathroom floor. The bed slides all over the floor. The owner was going to ask us for a €200 deposit when we arrived, but didn't since it was only 1 night (thank god). The kitchen tap is plumbed backwards - hot and cold were swapped. The room between the first and second doors (after what was originally the door to the flat, before the door to the "studio"), there is barely room for one person and we struggled to get out of the room. We spent the night wondering whether this was all a scam and someone was going to break in and rob us. Thankfully, the only robbery was when we booked the room.

Departamentos muy cerca de la estación

La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren y con varios lugares para comer y supermercados cerca.

En las fotos parece mucho más grande, es bastante incómodo y son dos departamentos que antes eran uno. Yo alquilé ambos porque éramos cuatro, pero si en el otro hubiera otros huéspedes prácticamente no hay intimidad. El check in implica esperar a una persona a qué te dé la llave, si bien fue muy amable, eso genera que se pierda un poco de tiempo coordinando y esperando en la puerta. También es un poco incómodo el pago de los 200 euros de garantía, se los dimos en efectivo cuando nos dió las llaves y luego hubo que coordinar la noche anterior para que volviera y nos devolviera el dinero porque al día siguiente nos íbamos muy temprano, eso distorsionó un poco el plan del día ya que tuvimos que volver al departamento a una hora razonable porque nos faltaba esa devolución.

me retrouver à 1h00 du matin bloqué dehors car les clés n'ouvraient plus la porte d'entrée. ma valise était dans le studio. j'ai du aller dormir a 2h00 du matin au campanile d'a coté et ne récupérer ma valise que le lendemain. de plus le gérant refuse de me rembourser les 135.00 e que j'ai payé, visiblement un escroc.

Séjour court mais je reviendrai et à conseiller à mes collègues pour la prochaine formation.

Je n'ai pas eu à utiliser car je prenais le petit déjeuner a la formation, mais il y avait tout.

Cela a été difficile pour la télé car tout est connecte et ce n'est pas mon fort les appareils connectés, Il faut juste penser aux personnes d'un certain âge.

Je ne recommande pas

Il était compliqué pour moi de prendre rendez-vous avec quelqu'un pour la remise des clés, sachant que j'aurais aimé arriver plus tard mais cela aurait occasionné un surcoût et j'ai du m'organiser différemment. Il n'y a absolument rien de luxueux dans ce petit studio : la literie est de mauvaise qualité, les draps pas très propres, la douche était bouchée, quand je suis arrivée le balais brosse des toilettes était posé sur un meuble de la salle de bain... c'est l'un des pires hébergement que j'ai réservé sur booking. Sans parler de la promiscuité avec les voisins du studio d'à côté. Tout pour se faire de l'argent !

La description n’est pas respecté en plus de cela le personnel de joue les policiers derrière vous à base de leurs caméra placé à l’entrée il se permettent carrément de vous dire de ne pas faire venir quelqu’un à vous rendre visite j’ai du appeler la police pour qu’ils mettent un terme à cela après le passage de la police le personnel m’a laissé tranquille

L'emplacement,la propriété du studio, l'immeuble est bien sécurisé. L'hôte pour me remettre les clés en main propre au lieu d'un coffre. La caution à payer en espèces au lieu de débiter ma carte

Le service Netflix cité dans la description qui n'était pas accessible du tout, fallait les informations du propriétaire. Et y avait peu de chaînes pour regarder un bon film le soir, ça m'a marqué.
