Lack of cleanliness, needs professional cleaning.

1. Not clean. The apartment seriously needs to have professional cleaning between rentals. The owner was there when we arrived, apparently readying the apartment for us , taking out trash and making the bed. But the overall condition of the apartment was pretty dirty. Grime in the corners and on kitchen appliances, crumbs on the floor, mold in the shower and the stale odor of sweat in the bedroom. Fortunately there was some cleaning spray and paper towels under sink, so we were able to wipe down the surfaces (the discarded paper towels were BROWN with filth). 2. Too much cutting corners to save money: The bed sheets were apparently clean as the owners had brought them and was taking away the old sheets to launder. But the bedding was an embarrassment: old, faded and with holes from cigarette burns. 3. Misleading photos. The "garden view" is of a parking lot that happens to have a couple trees! Some of the furniture pictured in the photos was not actually in the apartment (for example, the dining table and chairs had been replaced with cheap plastic).

Propreté, machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas (et pas de capsule à disposition non plus), frigidaire qui fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit à 50 cm du lit, propreté (état des tapis, vieilles bougies non débarrassées), pas de lampe de chevet,pas de porte serviette dans la salle de bain. Les photos ne sont pas conformes.

L'hôte avait l'air très aimable.

Non remboursable. Deux éléments importants mais peu visibles lors de la réservation : Caution obligatoire, on doit payer en plus de booking. Frais supplémentaires, en fonction de l'heure d'arrivé on doit payer un supplément. Je ne suis même pas allé dans la chambre à cause de cela. J'ai donc payé pour rien.

A NE PAS LOUER. Cet appartement est une escroquerie pure et simple. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'appartement. Pire il y a plusieurs appartements en fait et on vous met une photo de balnéo qui n'est présente que dans un seul. L'appartement était sale et vétuste. Le pire c'est que booking couvre ce type d'activité car ils ne font rien pour empêcher cela malgré mes alertes au téléphone
