I don't recommend this place. You won't have any access to the internet (not WiFi, not mobile)

Communication by message was fine. Located near the bus stop (20 minutes to get city centre) It was clean with the exception of the sofa.

Don't have WiFi. Mobile internet doesn't work at all (inside the building and inside the apartment). You won't have access to any option of Internet, which is really disappointing (I am working online and I have a very good mobile plan never I had a problem before). The building is really old and blocks mobile phones' internet. Sofa dirty, you won't want to sit there (also the sofa pillows). Hairdryer doesn't work. Don't have iron as they mention. Don't have a service desk as they mention. You do the check-in and everything by yourself. The box key was difficult to access (on the top of the wall). You have to put your rubish on the building bins (you pay an extra 30 eu if you don't do it), which is fine for me, but they don't give you the key of the backyard and you have to manage that nobody close the door and don't be trapped there.

Logement convenable un WE en été - insupportable une semaine

Nous avons apprécié être à proximité de nombreux transports/commerces dont la gare Lyon Part-Dieu à 15 min et Lidl à 5 min à pieds. La boite à clés facilite l'autonomie. Enfin, pour l'aspect intérieur, les photos sont bien conformes à la réalité. La literie et la qualité des draps dans la chambre sont au top. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Information importante : l'appartement n'est pas adapté à une personne en situation de handicap : 1er étage sans ascenseur, une petite marche pour entrer aux WC et une grande marche pour entrer dans la douche. L'appartement pourrait être vraiment top avec un peu plus de soucis concernant les détails. Il faisait 30/38 degrés toute la semaine (ce qui n'est pas exceptionnel à Lyon l'été), pourtant l'appartement ne dispose ni de clim, ni de ventilateur bien que mal isolé, nous avons dû en acheter un nous-même (après avoir demandé à la conciergerie si cela était fourni) et à partir de 10h, volets fermés pour limiter la chaleur. La VMC de la salle de bain est quasi inexistante donc obligé de laisser la porte ouverte pour éviter l'humidité/renfermé. Enfin, il y a 3 verrous mais une seule petite clé pour fermer, surprenant mais quartier OK. Merci de noter qu'il ne s'agit pas là d'une critique négative mais d'une information après 8 nuits, ressenti qui aurait été peut-être différent juste pour 1 ou 2 nuits.
